The loudness is limited by an iPhone. I guess I should have known this but I did not. Easy to use

It's compact, portable, and the strap is nice. For the model ti be called extra bass, I wish it had more of it, that's why it's at 4 stars. Other than that it's great quality, and a good portable speaker.

Posted .Hi JonathanD, We appreciate your feedback and we are sorry if the sound of your Bluetooth speaker is not as loud as it did before. The sound may become low when the built-in battery is running low and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly, while the speaker is being powered by the built-in battery only and when the ambient temperature of the speaker is high. You can isolate the issue by turning the speaker off and charge the built-in battery sufficiently. Test the speaker again.
