I bought this VR as a replacement for my son's old VR, his dog chewed through the video cable, which is the only reason why I don't give this headset 5 stars. Why, oh why, are the cables hardwired into this headset? If they were removable at least I would have had the option to just buy a new cable and not an entirely new headset. Poor design flaw in my opinion.

Obviously, when you're buying something refurbished you're taking a risk no matter where you go. I had the version 2 of this headset and system for about a year and a half before my cat chewed through the cable connecting the headset to the processor. Because this is one of the only ways to get a PSVR without buying a bundle that is unnecessary for someone that already has the camera and controllers, I pulled the trigger. First of all, the picture is misleading; what I received was original model, NOT the version that has the capacity to attach headphones directly to the headset. Not a big deal. The vr picture works just fine. What's most annoying is that the display that's being broadcast to the television is SUPER buggy; it could straight up give somebody a seizure with how much it cuts in and out of static. All that being said, if you already have decent earbuds of your own and nobody is trying to watch you play, this works alright.

The headset screen could be better. You can see the pixels and can be distracting at times. If it wasn’t for the pixels I would give it a four or five star rating.

This is the VR1, the cables seem shorter and get in the way. There is no headphone jack like VR2. Tracking is slow. Looking at returning it. If the description was correct I would have never spent my time or money. The last few things from Best Buy have been garbage. Looking to purchase elsewhere.

Nice and working product and my son loves it. However it was missing the earphones for the system. That’s a 2 point reduction.

This is the original VR headset, not the VR2 that it is stated to be in the description. It does not have the integrated headphone jack that comes with the newest version. $200 for for the outdated refurbished unit is way overpriced. Do Not PURCHASE!

One of the greatest enhancements for shooter games. Hate that I didn’t know I had to purchase a camera to go with it but it was worth it

Don't be fooled by the images, this is version 1 of the headset, not version 2. Will be returning and shopping elsewhere. For those unaware, version 2 has built-in headphones (as the photos show) and the VR breakout box can pass through HDR signals, so you would not have to swap inputs/cables when wanting to play HDR content on your TV. Version 1 does not allow this, so despite the photos showing V2, they ship V1 only. This is was a waste of my time. Thanks, no thanks.

Looks and performs just like a brand new headset. Can't tell a difference in quality and performs just as expected.

It looked brand new and had no problems definitely recommend buying a refurbished one if your just getting into VR, or if your old one broke like mine.

This is a great gaming item and provides hours of fun for family and friends. I think that this should be the item for every one

Works as advertised! All pieces came in the kit (minus the camera and the move sticks) and had simple instructions for set up.

Enhances the game playing. Takes you to the next level of gaming. From advance games to simple games. Much have!

I like my Sony - Refurbished PlayStation®VR. I can only last about 1 hr in VR. But it is fun.

Not a single flaw on this purchas. Will be purchasing more factory recertified merchandise from bestbuy. Thank you.
