This is a grate phone for working professionals. Beautiful screen and custom Sony overlay, and with edge to edge glass, it looks amazing. However, it dose come with a nice Samsung "Adaptive Fast Charge" recharger. It will arrive in a white box, inside a brown box. It looks like a new phone; no damage or any indication of it being refurbished. Try to ignore the one star review. I would highly recommend this phone. It works fantastic with the "Smartphone Only Plan" from Tracfone. All you have to do is buy the Tracfone B.Y.O.P kit for $1... and your up in running.

Refurbish don't let that scare you, this phone came looking almost like new, no scratches no damage nothing bad with it, the front camera it's awesome so mutch detail 8MP most phone now days just carry 5mp, and trust me its a huge difference, back camera it's even better.the phone itself its super fast no hiccups nothing, just prepare to update your phone a couple of time.the shipping was fast .my wife bought an iPhone 6 and I bought this one, once she saw mines she regret it on buying the iPhone and when I show her the pink version she almost cried, the only thing I felt bad about the phone is the fact that I'm an Xbox guy and I fell like I betray Microsoft Xbox brand Lmao

Love the compact design and operation of this phone. However, have returned two units because of software glitches. The first, the home button would not respond, and the other none of the operation buttons would work. Sad since this is a great phone because of size and feel.

Phone delivered ahead of schedule. Very nice phone, well put together. Doesn't let you block calls and it's hard to find a case. Overall better than my previous s6. Battery life is amazing. Total worthless product. It a preowned phone that came up with Samsung adapter and local brand USB cable. Screen looks ugly and touch is not working well. Changed all the parts externally don't know the condition of original spare parts of Sony. Won't recommend to anyone
