Great sounding Bluetooth speaker for my purposes. Love the portability and lights

It has a pretty good sound for a compact portable speaker. It is very easy to setup. Even the bass sounds decent enough.

This is a whole lot of speaker. The best in it's class I believe. Its slightly water resistant and the best sound in my opinion!!!! The only thing I don't like about it is when it gets real low in battery it will cut down the music automatically. At least give me the option to turn it back up. It probably does have a way but I haven't figured it out yet. Great speaker overall.

So, it is clear, loud, waterproof, and the battery lasts a long time!

Excellent sound! Full, plenty of bass. Pairs easily with my phone of PC (though my wife struggles a bit pairing with her computer). I never use the lights but if that's your thing, they're there. I've had this over a year now, and though it was pretty pricey when I bought it, I have no regrets.

My friend recommended this speaker and when I saw it on sale for $99.99 I decided to go for it. Although it’s small in size the sound is very good and clear. And it’s super easy to connect to. I still haven’t turned it up all the way because I haven’t had to. And I am looking forward in connecting more speakers at the same time to hear the sound.

I've tried lesser quality blue tooth devices, only to have them eventually fail to pair or no longer take a charge. This Sony worked great out of the box, lets you know the battery status, charges well and has long battery life. Pairs with my phone and reconnects each time. Using it in a patio room and it fills the two halves of the room with sound.

I originally bought a different brand portable wireless speaker that has amazing reviews. Got home plugged it in and was not impressed at all. Packed it up and went to best buy to return it a couple days later. While there was looking at other brands and an associate asked if I needed help, so asked him what he would suggest to replace the highly praised brand one I was returning. He agreed the other brand is over rated and suggested sony. I listened to all the sony BT speakers on display, and they all sounded way better than one I returned. I settled for this one as it was exact same price as the other brand one I was returning. Same price as the highly marketed one, but way better sound quality over all. From the lows to highs, and no distortion. Not going to lie even at my age the added light effects is a plus as well. Glad I made to decision to return/exchange the other brand for this. Will be buying another, or a bigger version since can pair them together, even though this one alone is more than enough for use in the garage while working on vehicle(s) or just hanging out.

It's almost ridiculous how much sound and bass comes out of something this small, incredible!!! The light are a nice touch of you're into that, but I won't be using them in order to conserve battery life. Bluetooth pairing was a breeze, there's nothing not to love about this speaker, I may even buy another one since you can link them.

I had done much research online prior to purchasing this speaker. I was replacing my old JBL Charge. I found the Sony sound to be crisp, clear and love the bass! The light function is an added bonus and looks super cool! Lastly, I like the fact that this speaker is waterproof as I keep it right by my pool. I highly recommend.

Great sound, portable and stays charged for hours.

The sound quality is amazing. I use this every day and deff gets really loud. the blu tooth had a long-range too. I have not used the lights but I will. connects to the phone fast. I don't think the battery life is really that good tho. I prefer it over anything else

The Sony SRS XB-31 is a must buy!!! This portable bluetooth speaker packs a punch!!! The bass is phenomenal and the mids and highs are spot on as well. Not to mention the customizable light show. If you download the app you can customize your settings and make the experience your very own. Highly Recommended!!!

I purchased this speaker after returning a different brand due to battery issues. This is a lot better than I figured it would be. Battery seems to last a lot longer than the one I had before and the sound quality is spot on. Don’t care for the led lights but they can be turned off. So far so good.
