Have had time now to really listen with these ear buds. They are way better than the super-cheapo ones, and I love the microphone and call answer / pause button. Treble sounds pretty good (not the best), and the bass is definitely present when you listen to something that really thumps. Good buy!

I bought these because I've been using over the ear head phones while listening to music. I bought my current headphones because of the rating for sound quality (they were $250 on sale) and believe it or not, these ear buds sound almost as good as the headphones do. The mid range and the highs don't have the exact clarity or separation as the headphones do, but for $15.99, these are quite a bargain! It was even better after I applied my $5 certificate to them. I bought the white ones because they were cheaper than the black and the color doesn't make them sound any different. They are pretty amazing little buds. They also came with 3 extra rubber inserts that should fit just about any ear size. They seal well inside my ear and I'm happy with how they sound. They don't lack in bass, but also don't overpower the mids and highs. The clarity of the vocals is nice too. The highs are soft and sound like you'd get from a nice, smooth fabric (silk) tweeter. It's not too bright like you might get from a metal one. I had a set of more expensive Klipsch buds ( Reference R6m's) and I actually like these better. As far as Best Buy, I ordered them on Saturday and they said that they'd be here on Tuesday. To my surprise, they actually arrived on Monday. I have been impressed with Best Buy's shipping process. All in all, this was a Great buy and I wouldn't hesitate to get a set of these buds from Best Buy!

These are excellent! Sound is wonderful (was surprised by the great bass) the earbuds are designed such a way I have never had before and the don't fall out of ears and if they do adjust the gel like bud tip. Save your money for expensive headphones try these moderately priced ones. Sony you know sound!

Sony doesn't disappoint. Excellent sound quality plus deep base & comfortable.

The microphone and the fact that this works with apple and android devices is why I bought this. It has good noise cancelling so I can get my work done efficiently. Also the bass is pretty good as I can listen to some of my music and hear the tonal variations too. All in all, I am satisfied with this purchase and have not had any problems with it so far.

These buds are a phenomenal bargain for the performance they offer. So many people waste their money on "Hot" Products like BEATS, but never bother looking at the performance specification. The headphones fit well and have far better sound quality. Crisp highs and very warm bass. You will not be disappointed.

These headphones really get the job done. I brought them because the microphone is compatible with my Android cell phone and I'm not a fan of wireless ear pieces. My voice is clear on the other end when taking to my wife. No complaints there. I also listen to music and watch Netflix. While listening to music, really deep notes aren't reproduced that well but the bass still sounds outstanding for ear buds. Now, while watching Netflix, these headphones are my little surround sound system. I hear everything clearly. You will not be disappointed with these headphones!

Bought these when the stock headphones for my phone stopped working. These sound good and have solid bass to them. I did not realize that there isn't a volume control on the cord. You can answer the phone and stop/start music but that's it. They serve their purpose and sound better than the cheapest pairs but they're nothing spectacular.

Purchased for my son as a short-term replacement for his broken over-ear headphones. First, there was a price discrepancy at the register due to an incorrect price sticker, but the person at the register honored the incorrect price so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. When my son tried the earbuds, he commented that they were comfortable and offered much better bass than we would have expected for the low price. He's only had them for a few weeks so I can't comment on durability but we've had no issues so far. Overall, a good purchase.

The sound quality is good for the price. There is enough bass.

The sound from these is great, and definitely better than most small ear buds. Yes, good bass and highs and most audio critics would be pleased. The wire is thin, may tangle easy. The comfort is good for hours of wear.

I have had several pairs of the lower end song headphones and have been happy with the bass and overall sound. These are even better, great sounding. The offset ear pieces fit even better in my ears and I can use them while laying down (on my side) without any discomfort. Very durable, the only reason I have bought multiple pairs is because I lost them or game them to other family members.

Not overly loud, but well defined bass. Good sound, and the buds allow for a noise canceling type feeling, which only adds to how good this product is.

Heavy bass. Clear sound. The hands free mic is definitely a plus. A cord wrapping tool is included so your cord doesn't tangle.

I got those for a friend and it works well. The bass and the effect is mind blowing compared to skull candy and panasonic.
