Disappointed!

I did not loke the shape of Apples earbuds. I also chose these in black because I use my earbuds 8 hrs a day. So here's the problem, the earbuds sound tinny unless rammed up inside my ears then they sound good. Even then they are constantly falling out of my ears. Also the black covers make my ears turn black. Yuck!

Wouldn't connect properly with iPhone 6

They broke within a year and Sony conveniently only has a 90 day warranty on them (my guess is because they know they are selling trash! No one can hear me and i can't hear them either. TOTAL JUNK! Sony has lost me as a customer as this is not the first time this has happened.

Initially sound was good, but after 20 days one side of sound isn't working properly. I was trying to return this item because of fault product. Never buy any item from Best Buy. Good bye

Poor quality

Very disappointed as I have always loved Sony products. I will be looking at another brand to replace.

It stopped working 16 days after I bought it
