    I had purchased a pair of these earbuds prior to this purchase. Both time the earbuds lasts less than two weeks. I work out frequently and I had assumed that I had snagged them or something so I bought a second pair. When the second pair failed within a week, I got curious and xRayed them (I have access to a Electronics Manufacturing X-Ray through work). The wires on one were separated from the contacts and the other was nearly so. Poor quality control twice in a row? Not an accident.

    Very disappointed in this Sony product!

    One ear bud stopped working a few months from date of purchase. Given the name brand we were very disappointed. They wanted to charge us more to send them to service just to look at and diagnose the issue which would cost even more. Terrible product.

    These ear buds had a nice quality sound, they just fell apart within a matter of weeks.

    I bought the headphones and I tested them out, the bass was not even there and on top of that one side stopped working after light use, I would've gotten a refund but it's already been past the 15 days. Save the money and get some better earbuds

    Crackled right out of the package

    Was trying to save money on a second pair of headphones. It didn't work out. Don't waste your time or money on these cheap headphones. As soon as I took them out of the package and plugged them into my iPhone all I could hear was a loud crackle. Returned and paid more for Bose. Should have done that first but wanted to save money.

    my ears are average size, not large at all, but there is no way I can get these to fit on my ears. It's as if the manufacturer wanted them in my ears. The things are that small! Will be returning and getting some Koss or something else.

    Trying to find earbuds that don't slip out, and not pay an arm and a leg is difficult. For the price I paid, I would have thought these would sound better, but there was so little bass, they sounded tinny. Terrible. I took them back.

    Not compatiable with Samsung Galaxy 5

    This is not compatible with the Samsung Galaxy 5. The adaptor did not fit snuggly in the port. I lost the receipt and pitched the package. And finally had to pitch the headset and by another one. Waste of money.

    While these aren't the most expensive earbuds, I was disappointed with the fact that they stopped working after about two weeks. With Sony earbuds the problem (for me at least) seems to center around the volume control button. There is always short circuiting.

    After about 2 weeks of having the product, i started to notice the defects; I could no longer hear the other end of the call, and when I would it was very static. I no longer use them but also can't return them, as the nearest best buy is 2 1/2 hours away.

    I purchased these earphones for use with my cell and it worked for a while and then 1 month later, the right side stopped working. I could only hear anything through the left side. Ridiculous. Terrible buy.

    Maybe I just got a dud pair, but had to return them because the left ear bud had no sound. Also, I didn't like the way they felt in my ears. I hear most people like ear buds, but I prefer a headset.
