It’s is a perfect thing to have in case of stick drift

Worked great fixed the stick drift it was very easy to fix.

This is Sony's answer to stick drift. A $200 controller and $20 modules that costs 1/3rd of a standard controller, but the internal joystick is the exact same potentiometer they use in every other Dualsense controller. For a controller that's "pro" or "elite" you'd think Sony would just spring for the extra $1.50 it would cost to get on board with Hall Effect or TMRs and eliminate stick drift entirely. If you buy this, do yourself a favor and upgrade it to TMR at your earliest opportunity. Or buy one that's already upgraded for around $40.

I just replaced the stick module on my DualSense Edge controller, and I’m honestly impressed with how easy and effective this was. My controller was having issues with the original stick, and instead of spending around $200 on an entirely new controller, I was able to replace the module and essentially make my controller feel like new again. The replacement module fit perfectly and was straightforward to install. Once installed, the controller was back to working properly, and the new stick feels great. It’s a simple solution that can save a lot of money compared to replacing the entire DualSense Edge. If you already own a DualSense Edge and are dealing with stick problems, I definitely recommend replacing the module before considering buying a whole new controller. It’s great that Sony made these components replaceable, and Best Buy having the replacement available makes the process even easier. Great product, great fit, and much cheaper than replacing a $200 controller. Definitely worth it.

This controller adds some customizability and comfort. Used for about a year now and often. No stick drift until now. Ironically, the replacement stick modules are out of stock everywhere. Sole purpose was to change thumb stick module for $20 vs having to buy a new controller every 3 months. If i wouldve known they are hard to come by I wouldve considered other option. Otherwise the controller is great

EASY INSTALL, MAKES IT FEEL NEW, 4 WEEKS IN AND STILL WORKS FINE

Everyone knows of the stick drift issues that come with the controllers. This sis the best thing they could've done in terms of allowing people to switch out old worn faulty joysticks. If you are a best buy member top tier maybe any tier I am not sure but once you replace your first one you can just exchange it for free.Woukd recommend anyone who is tired of buying new controllers every couple of months to invest in the edge and then buy their replacement joy sticks when needed can't go wrong if you do.

I went through at least 4 regular ps5 controllers over 3 years and got sick of the eventual stick drift. The dual sense edge was a game changer for me. I purchased 3 of these stick modules anticipating having to swap them out quite a bit. I have had the controller almost 2 years and have replaced one stick module. Worked like a charm, rand new controller practically. Highly recommend upgrading to the dualsense edge. being able to swap out the stick modules is the icing on the cake.

Cheap, easy to replace, durable If you’re thinking about getting the dual sense edge pro controller, it’s worth it if you game a lot. I no longer have to spend $80 every 6 months on a new controller for stick drift, just the $20. In the long run it’s a better deal and there’s a lot more pluses to the controller than just that.
