I bought this because my previous player has problems with some of the Blu-ray discs that I rent. I had just such a disc last night. On my old BD player it would stutter, but it played great in this new player.

I have had nothing but good luck with Sony products, and this Blu-ray player is no exception. It is easy to set up and use, and I like that I can control the volume on my Sony TV with the Blu-ray player remote.

This player was easy to set up and operate. Remote is small and simple. Quality of picture was very good. I did return it because the 4K model was on sale for Black Friday.

Everything works as it should. THe only problem is that the question & answer section noted that it has the Amazon app which it doesn't have and it can not be added.

This is a great Blu-ray/dvd player. It is the perfect size. The only con I have is that it’s a little slow on recognizing when the dvd is loaded. Other than that is perfect and I highly recommend it.

This unit was purchased as a gift for a friend. I can’t give my opinion about this item. I was told that it worked great and had no problems with it.

This is the 3rd Sony blu-ray player in my house and all have outlasted others including Samsung and LG..definitely sticking with Sony at least on Blu-ray players

The TV came with Roku which was a suprising addition. The salesman went above and beyond to make my purchase enjoyable. If I were to purchase any other electronics I wouldn't hesitate by going back to Best Buy.

Our old Blu-ray player had worn out after a decade and was skipping and freezing. This replacement has all of the same features in much more sleek casing. It connected seamlessly with our Sony TV.

Quality Blur-Ray player, with some app functionality too. Mostly use it for discs, and has a quick boot time for them.

great reciver for the patio, only thing that would make this better is if it had a digital audio in. other than that great reciver, bluetooth works well.

Great for about a year before it craps out like the rest of my Sony Blu-rays. The picture is good but the apps freeze.

It's amazing how small the players have gotten. Functions as well as previous Sony players we have had. I do miss having an actual display on the face instead of having to display run time on the actual TV screen.

WENT IN TO BEST BUY TO BUY JUST A DVR AND CAME OUT WITH THIS ONE!! BOUGHT IT FOR MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER TO REPLACE THE OLD ONE AND LOVE THE FACT TO SHE CAN WATCH NETFLIX IN HER ROOM AND NOT JUST ON HER TABLET!!

Love this player! it's small and compact so it doesn't take up a lot of shelf space, and it's quite. I haven't noticed any skips yet when watching discs. I don't use it to stream media from the built in apps.

I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for budget plus quality player. Though there is some slowness in using apps i would still go for it.

This is a decent budget DVD player. We use it for movies, YouTube and Amazon video. The biggest pro to this model is that it does have wireless internet connection. I only have an HDMI and power cored hooked up to it. The big con is that HULU was removed about a week after I purchased it. We initally bought another one for a different room, because the reps told us that one did have HULU, but it doesn't so we returned it. The other con is that it is sluggish with the commands and load time.

This is excellent for people who aren’t up to date with electronics. This device doesn’t have all the app just like YouTube Netflix. It doesn’t have Disney plus.

Every blu-ray player I have ever had eventually fails by locking the drawer door, so all I can say is that it has worked well for the first month I have had it.
