I bought this Blu-ray player at the same time as my Sony Smart TV 4K. It connected flawlessly. It's a smart Blu-ray player so we connect to my modem without any problems. The Blu-rays load fast and quick.

Got this blu ray player for my aging mother. Though it works well, the controller is too small for her. She cannot operate it by herself. This is not a problem with the player; it is just a reality.

We had one before that died and need a replacement. It work well, but Sony needs to do an update for new streaming services like Disney plus (currently not supported)

I always liked Sony Products. They are always good quality. I have many Sony products at home. This was a present for my sister. Highly recommend any Sony products.

My Samsung BluRay stopped performing consistently and saw this one was reasonably priced and rated well. The blurays which were having difficulties playing on my old unit were fine with this new one

Sony is the top of the line when it comes to Blu-ray and this player is no exception. Streams over wi-fi great, regular firmware updates and haven't run into a disc that wouldn't play. Highly recommended.

Works fantastically and well! Was exactly what I was looking for! Can watch things on Netflix and can access it with the push of a button!

I purchased this item and love the results I went form wired to wireless headphones with ability to talk through them while listening to music right before. I wish I would have bought these earlier.

Great little Blu-ray player that transcodes DTS 5.1 audio to Dolby Digital 5.1 to be compatible with Sonos sound bars that don't support DTS.

I was glad to have found this. Seems like only yesterday if I went searching for a bluray/dvd player there were dozens to choose from. Not so anymore.

It’s a Sony product so you know you’re getting a quality piece of electronic equipment. The set-up was easy and I love the WiFi capabilities.

Basic blu ray player. Not great for streaming. Doesn’t have Hulu as an option and it’s finicky about connecting to the WiFi regardless of signal strength. I got the same one at Walmart a few years ago for under 40 bucks, so this one is definitely dramatically overpriced. If I had realized I was ordering the same thing, I’d have not ordered it. It’s sufficient for playing discs, but I’d get something else if I could do it over.

Works like a charm. Only drawback is Sony no longer allows an association with Amazon; therefore, Amazon Prime is not included in any of Sony’s DVD players.

This player is a very good piece of equipment. I have some older cd's, both music and video that I have enjoyed playing again.

This DVD player was necessary because we accidentally got a non-smart TV by accident. The TV was already on the wall by the time we figured it out, but the DVD player makes it usable. Fast DVD player.

This sound-bar greatly improved the audio from our smart TV. We are happy with the quality of the product and ease of installation.

Absolutely the worst purchase and product from Sony. Bought for my rv to use for streaming and it only supports certain apps and doesn't work at my house or most campgrounds because it is 2.4 ghz and not 5 ghz. So I am left with an expensive bluray player I cannot take back because I missed the window.

I am extremely happy with my new Sony Blu-Ray player. It has worked perfectly. I watch a lot of Netflix, and the player has worked very well with Netflix. I would recommend this Sony product.
