I purchased this player over two years ago and have to say that it is working flawlessly and was so simple to hook up and start playing.

Nice upgrade. I like the interface better than the older Panasonic device I had. Not really digging the new Netflix app but it's not terrible. No eject button on the remote.

The apps available is very limited. The main ones are Netflix, iHeartRadio, and Vudu (no Hulu, Disney+, or Spotify). It reads disks well.

Set up was quite easy. Works wonderful, and picture quality is great. Being Wi/Fi is nice as cords get in the way. We now have access to Netflex, Humid and all the others.

Great product, does exactly what it's supposed to, my only problem is attempting to upgrade the bios. But it's a perfectly working device without that, and I'm very happy.

Doesn't take long to load blu rays like our last player did. Maybe I overlooked it, but would be even better if it had a zoom function.

This is a replacement for an older model blu ray player. I really like the features on this model much better than the previous one I had...more user friendly.

Curb side delivery most appreciated. The player was easy to install and I didn’t have any problems with the instructions on how to operate.

Don't rely on this for your streaming services -- WiFi connection is unreliable and apps are limited. As a Blu-ray player, though, it's fine.

It's pretty similar to older Sony bluray players which I've been happy with. I did have a hard time connecting to Netflix but my Internet has been weird lately so it could just be that

Overall this is nice player and I would recommend it. The remote is typical Sony small form factor but is well laid out. The smart TV functions are slow to load - better to use a Roku.

It’s a Sony and is built like one. Wish I purchased a long time ago. Great addition to an extra rooms tv or as a main Blu-ray player.

I recommend, only thing missing it the count down on the front to show how many minutes have passed so you know if you have time to pause and do something.

Worked just great out of the box. Initiation of internet connection was seamless and almost instant. Plays all manner of CD's.

Had it for over a month with zero issues, had already upgraded another player to this brand and style, has been good for over a year, so upgraded this one as well. Highly recommend

WHEN this plays Blurays or streams, it works great. BUT, the remote is AWFUL!! You wait. Wait some more. Wait longer. Unplug and plug in. Press buttons. Unplug. Wait. Wait some more. Stand on your head and aim the remote over your shoulder. I didn't believe the reviews about how awful the remote is. I wish I had. My hope is that a universal remote will work much better. It isn't possible for it to be any worse.

Purchased this DVD player for my daughter and son-in-law for their wedding gift. They have told me on many occasions how much they like it. It was a great gift for them.

I could not be happier with these Polk Audio speakers. They are a great sound for the price. I paired them with some old BOSE speakers and the combined sound is full and brilliant.
