Doesn't always respond to remote commands, poor menu system, bad design overall. I No longer using, Just using an XBox one to play movies & Amazon stick for APPS. Was hoping for a quality product understood it was inexpensive and didn't have to high of expectations, but sadly it didn't even make it up to that level.
