No problems at all with this new purchase. It does exactly what we wanted it to do. Very easy to operate.

I've owned Sony products for decades now. My USAF father brought a Sony reel-to-reel back from Okinawa. Their reputation and products are solid. So is this one.

Set-up was easy, and it plays nicely. I can access Amazon and Netflix easy, but it takes a while for it to load. If you don't mind waiting a minute, it's fine.

This is a wonderful bluray player. The one thing I like about it has a light on the front of it so you can tell when it is on or off.

When we told the clerk what we were looking for, he suggested the blu-ray recorder what would meet our needs.

I purchased this Blu-Ray player for my 93 year old mother. I had created Blu-Ray Discs of old family home movies and she had no way to view them. The performance on this player was fine once it got started. It just seemed like it took forever to boot up and display the splash screen. Like a 1999 DVD player. It does have a nice array of on-line applications so it can make your regular TV into a SmartTV.

Purchased this bluray player and have been happy with it right out of the box! Had to do an update which was quick and set up for the internet was a breeze.

Bought this DVD player as a gift for Christmas. They loved it, however box stated HDMI cord was included, but there wasn't one. Had to go out and buy HDMI cord.

As expected, works great. Fantastic compact Blu-ray player for the money and like the fact that it has USB ports (I use one for charging my phone at night).

This plays great Dolby Vision HDR it has it all plays great, sometimes the knobs Need to be pushed a couple times to work.

The streaming interface is better then all the other. I have not been a big fan of this brand, but this one redeems my faith in Sony. Great Product Love it.!!

I love it. I can plug in my external hard drive and play all my music and vids without changing flash drives.

The Sony Blu-ray player will give us everything we need, including the multi options available for adding additional apps to it.

Work great. Has all the major smart features (apps) you would want. It isn't as fast as I'd like in terms of navigating the apps but still, not a deal breaker

Purchased this as a gift for my mother and expected to have to help set it up but she had it figured out and set up before i could even offer to help!

Very good blue ray player it's picks up on 5.1 automatically detect things not like the Samsung one I had to switch because of that issue love this player

I love the smart app especially Netflix. I wish I could the HBO go app. There seems the be a little delay when when chAnging to and from the player and the apps.

Bought as a Christmas gift for someone. Not sure how it worked but it seems like a good value for the money.

I've had stability issues with other brands of Blu-ray players but not with Sony. I own two of these and have never had an issue watching a movie on them!
