can not figure out vudu
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.setup was easy. i just cant figure out whats the deal with vudu, it kept giving me a timeout error, never even lets me get to a log in page. i also cant figure out where 300 apps are, it doesnt seem like it has more than 50 even with a system update. im able to use netflicks and amazon without any issues. it plays blu rays amazing. i bought this on black friday 2016, it was around 50

Posted .Hi maricccc, I am sorry to hear of the issues you are having. If you cannot connect to VUDU even after checking the network connection, you may need to verify if the network is using a proxy setting. If a proxy setting is being used, remove the proxy setting and re-attempt to use the VUDU feature. We also recommend you to contact your Internet service provider (ISP) for additional information and assistance with the proxy setting on your home network. -Jerome
