Great blu-ray player

Sony issue

A nice basic BD player

I saw this at Best Buy and decided to give it a try thinking 4K wasn’t that big a deal. Well the lack of 4K support was evident on my 4K tv. The lack of upconversion was noticeable, almost distracting. Back to researching players. I ended up returning this u it and exchanging it for the upgraded Sony UBP-X800.

Not the best, but will still play

It keeps locking up to where you need to reset the power cable and tends to loose all information on the smart DVD portion for accounts almost everyday. But if all you want is a good cheap player, this is it.
