Blue-Ray Good, Streaming/Apps Glitchy

This purchase the Blue-Ray disc plays just fine. However, the streaming/applications management is glitchy. Periodically App Icons become blank, have to be removed and re-entered. Occasionally when streaming a video, clicking on an app or turning device on, the equipment freezes and only powering off and back on alleviates the problem.

I bought it to replace one just like it because it stopped working. But as soon as I bought the new one the old one started working again. I guess it didn't want to be replaced. My wife did the same thing. She stopped working and I was shopping for a newer model and she straightened up really fast!!!!
