SONY is begining to have trouble with their Bluray

We have used Sony Blu-ray players for many years after Samsung began to have trouble streaming Netflix. The last two series 3500 and 3700 have had Many Problems. Constantly failing withing a short time after installation. We're moving to LG players at this time.
