||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned this blu ray player for 3 weeks and already have had to contact Sony 3 times..... it plays dvds and blu rays fine, but it doesn't let you log into vudu, Amazon prime or netflix (it used to let me log into Amazon and Netflix but when I followed the directions when I contacted Sony to fix vudu it no longer lets me access any, all firmware is current) as far as having 300 apps, not true, it's up to the region you live in I get a little over 30, when I contacted Sony the said it's because I live in the USA....... total piece of garbage i waste so much time trying to resolve unsolvable problems.

The remote control stopped working and there's no operating buttons on the main unit. I was disappointed that a Sony product failed so soon and so badly.
