It was constantly resetting back to factory default. I just went and got another Roku device which works much better. I would only recommend this item for watching movies.

It is very slow starting up, takes a long time to switch apps, and sometimes you have to try multiple times. Is temperamental when opening the disc tray (for example if you are using Netflix it won't open tray). Doesn't have Disney+, but a whole lot of apps that aren't used by many people at all (and trial subscriptions anyway). Streaming is not good quality - lots of pauses and degraded quality, which seems to be the unit, as my other devices and smart TVs don't have the same problems. Has less and performs worse than comparable Wi-Fi Blu-Ray players for half or 1/3 the price.

Also, for some reason the time it takes to recognize a disc can be really long. Pausing a movie for longer than a minute also causes the system to have to wait a while before resuming.
