Purchased this the same day k bought my Sony 75" tv to go with it but it performed exactly like the previous one did. Kept freezing up and at one point I couldn't even get my Blu-ray Disc out had to get on the phone with Sony for about 1-2hours before we were able to make it open and then they wanted me to pay to have it shipped back for replacement when I had only had it 60 days. I will not purchase another Sony bluray player ever again.

While the player is turned on, press STOP, HOME, and then TOP MENU button on the remote to lock or unlock the tray. Oscar.
