    Bought this product thinking by it name alone would be a great purchase.....not so! would not recognize the DVD and couldn't get it to work. I did purchase through open box site, but thinking it would still be brand new and work.

    I owned this device and it malfunctioned at day 55. The device would still play DVD’s but would no longer recognize and play Blu Ray discs. I was able to replace this device with an LG Wireless Blu Ray player and have been very pleased with the results thus far.

    It does not work with a Samsung TV from 2000

    I had to order a component cable adapter for which I am still waiting . Also, now there is BDXL DVD’s which this player cannot play . Bought a USB plug in to play all sorts of Blue Ray DVD’s . I would like to return this and get a refund as soon as stores open if the usb plug in works .

    This thing worked one time. Then a week later I go to my girlfriend's to watch a movie I bought. Boom turned on then no movement from logo screen. I googled it and they all do it apparently. I was past the return point too. So had to buy lg.

    It broke after 2 weeks but Best Buy replaced it promptly, you do get that from Amazon

    If 2020 was a blu ray player

    Absolutely trash. Google the blinking green light before you buy this garbage. First Blue I put in got stuck. There is now way to release it. Best Buy had to take it apart and they put a gouge in my BMI ray.

    We played a DVD we have watched many times on our previous player, and were immediately disappointed in the poor rendering of the animation- the colors were off, even the animation looked different. We returned the product and still have not heard back fro Best Buy.

    FREEZES

    Freezes. Can't unfreeze it. Unplugged it and waited. When plugged back in the power light is still green but it's still frozen. Can't unfreeze or shut it off. Going in the garbage and looking for one that works.

    I've had to return 2 of these. I had the same thing go wrong with them. They lock up and just quit working. I upgraded to the model just above this one and it is now starting to act weird.

    Not only on what you can stream but I purchased a sports packed through my mobile device, since I could not throug this blu ray, because there was an option to mirror screen from a mobile device however this is not compatible with APPLE products...iPhone or iPad!!! I'm VERY VERY VERY disappointed with this blu ray
