Sony BDP S3700 it’s CRAP

I even tried to unplug it then plugged back in after couple minutes and still stuck in On position. TOTAL CRAP!! Was a gift i bought way in advance last year and can not return to store. Sucks!

I have 4 different Marvel movies on BluRay that work on my other player but do not play audio for the deleted scenes on this player. I filed a problem report with Sony and never got any response.

Frustrating to be told by associates that it would work and then didn't. We asked to test it at the store, and they didn't have any open and available for us to try it out first.

Swaped out the hdmi cables, no luck. Put the movies in our old Xbox 360 and they played perfect. Maybe we just got a lemon but I did not want to take the chance on a second unit.
