I purchased the first in the store and received the second to replace the first. The Sony product worked for a couple of months and then froze up the same as the first.

Did not jive with my LG TV

I found that this device would not function with my tv. I am always happy with the customer service at best buy. They allowed a return and I purchased an LG player that works splendidly.

Only worked well for a couple of months

All of a sudden it turns off when you are trying to connect to the internet. Looked up on line, apparently this is a common issue.

DVD keeps restarting on its own. Does not save app settings/passwords. Both machines had the same issue.

This is the 2nd one in 18 mos to just stop working. This one lasted about 5 mos.
