    It powers on because you can see the light, but nothing loads. Tray doesn't open anymore either. Thing is barely 2 years old. What a waste.

    I bought this September of 2018 but it quit working for me in March of 2019. Save your money and spend it on something that will actually last you awhile.

    Returned the first blue ray player and got the same one at the store just to find out neither did the new one . Now I’m returning the second one .

    IT KEEPS TURNING OFF, I HAVE TO CONSTANTLY PUT MY PASS WORDS IN ALL THE TIME.. IT WONT HOLD ON TO ANY OF THE INFO THAT I ADDED, NO PASS WORDS NO APPS NO NOTHING.. :( ..

    I returned this product It worked for few days and then stopped Power would not turn off anymore either with the power button or remote

    Brought this DVD player had it for 21 days and it stopped working called Sony and was hung up on customer service sucks. Picked up another one and it stopped working 11 days later

    It died within 7 weeks

    The player died while a movie was paused for a couple hours. Fails to power back on, so it will be getting returned. A real disappointment, as the feature set was very good.

    It plays CDs well, but when I finally got around to putting a DVD in, it showed a decent picture, but the DVD sound was augmented with a loud put-put. It'll have to go back.

    I bought this for my son for Christmas and it worked for a day or two but that's it. now most times you cant get any video out. tried multiple discs and tvs and cables.

    I will have to return this DVD player for the 3rd time due to when a DVD plays, sometimes it mutes the sound. Randomly.

    The blu-ray player is defective, the power will not stay on. The Geek Squad could not get it to work either. I need to return.
