Excellent sound

I don't know a whole lot about speakers because I never really used one so maybe this is a bit biased. I do think it was a really good purchase as I got it for a discount. I would've paid the extra 50 for the ULT 5 but I didn't see it at the time. Still an excellent speaker though. Incredible sound and bass. The battery life also lasts a looong time

Nifty speaker

The Sony is the way to go. It is lightweight and the sound is amazing. I also like the shape and design better than the JBL. Not only is this good for parties, but I even use it in my house regularly to listen to my audiobooks

Great sound

It is set up in my van, stock radio was yanked to provide room for HAM radios. Play tunes from my phone - sweet. Nice volume, good bass. Battery life - exceptional. Just what the doctor ordered.

Speaker that Packs a Punch

It is durable, has amazing sound quality and strong ULTRA bass option, and the battery lasts forever! I take it with me everywhere. Super easy to charge, as well.

I literally use this thing everyday, its volume is loud enough go be my car stereo. Sure, im not shaking snow off the roofs of buildings, but its a good Bluetooth hands free system that gets the job done. Sound quality is good as long as you mind your phone's EQ levels. Simple controls on the user face, The battery life is tremendous! I went 18 movies without charging the speaker. Had the device on charge the entire time. Range- produced is good for a vehicle, gets kind of faint 30 feet away. Connection range is the same for most Bluetooth devices. At 30 feet the audio is intermittent.

Sony ULT FIELD 1 in FUN

It seems to hold fine in damp conditions and a couple of sea water splashes didn't damagae them at all. Battery life is pretty good, didn't have to worry about it going out on weekends. Easy to carry. Bit concern about the white color getting dirt over time.

Exactly what I needed!

I needed a way to hear my television in different locations without blasting my apartment neighbors. I pick it up and carry it to my dining area, kitchen, and even my bedroom, and I can hear programs! Since I am technologically challenged, I was excited about how easy it was to connect to my television. I'm also happy with how long I can wait between charges. I simply can't think of any way it could be better.

What I dont like is that you gotta keep it charged. Understand that the battery life lasts a long time...but if you dont remember to keep it charged it wont be yhere when you need it most! I love the sound quality and the bass brings an enriched sound to what might be an otherwise boring audio experience.

Excellet option at this price point

Sony has been consistently providing bluetooth speaker options that surpass my expectations. For a speaker at this pricepoint if you are looking for high quality over pure dbs then i absoltely reccomend this item. It still produces excellent volume sufficient for overcoming both ambient environmental noise as well as group conversations or active populated rooms. Easily heard in other rooms of a home or in a crowded room.

Excellent Small Speaker

The bigger version has more bass and light color options but also twice the size as the 3. The 3 is really light weight and portable and comes with a carry strap.
