The ULT mode fills the room with nice bass. I consider this a hybrid between bose and JBL flip speakers. Its the best of both worlds honestly. I also think the normal mode (without ULT) is great fir youtube or your favorite podcast! Worth it

I love it and so are my kids. Strap belt comes in handy to carrybit around, especially for my kid. It's definitely kids proof meaning more durable. But I do miss the SRS-XB30, especially the lights.

Smaller but sound quality is there. Love how loud it gets too. The handle is nice and in love with the orange color. Well done Sony!

Amazing sound !

This speaker definitely has its thing! Very good loud audio and powerful bass. I compared it in the store with the JBL Flip 6, but the truth is that I opted more for this one. I’m glad I did because this speaker sounds great. My son loves it. He uses it daily while in the shower and it’s extremely loud.

I work 9 hour shifts and the speaker will last the whole 9 hours even on ULT mode but it’ll be at 10% when i go home. Without ULT mode it usually goes to 80% by the time i go home. It gets pretty loud and i think its cool, it works just fine too.

I took it on the beach in Hawaii all day and its waterproof.
