Great value for the money. The sound is crip. High frequencies are clear but not screachy and low frequencies and bass are very deep for the size. The package makes for very giod sound.

The only issue I have with it is that if you don’t have the instruction manual trying to figure out how to connect. The unit via Bluetooth is very difficult. You would assume you would just press the Bluetooth button and it would try to pair with something but that’s not the case.

We also appreciate your candid feedback regarding the Bluetooth pairing process without the manual. We understand how important intuitive setup is, and we apologize if this caused any initial frustration.
For future reference, a quick press of the Bluetooth button will typically reconnect to the last device, while pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for a few seconds (until the indicator flashes rapidly) will put the speaker into pairing mode to connect to a new device.

At the same time, we definitely hear you on the battery life. To help you get more playtime, try turning off the ULT button (Bass Boost) when you don't need that extra punch, or lowering the volume slightly, as both can help the battery last a lot longer between charges.
