Great Headphones with Deep Bass

The volume could be a bit louder, but may be designed this way to prevent distortion. They have a long lasting battery life and strong bluetooth connectivity. Great value as they sound better than those costs hundreds more.

Punches Above It's Weight Class!

The sound quality is great and you can tune it to your liking with the app. The bass is what you want it to be; it can be tight (rock/pop) or rumbling (rap). The fit is comfortable and as it pertains to the ANC...I usually start off my workouts shooting baskets...I couldn't hear the ball bouncing! Since I've only used them for a couple days at the gym, I can't speak to how sturdy they are, but as it pertains to sound quality, fit and ANC...I would highly recommend this set of headphones!

Excellent sound, comfortable, good bluetooth

These are really quiet both ways but sound very loud and warm when you wear them. I listened to a lot of old stuff id heard a thousand times and they seemed 100 times better just from the basic fullness of the frequency range. These sound extremely good if a little bit heavy on the bass, but i think the app has EQ settings. You can wear these mowing the lawn and that sort of thing and be able to hear it. Good noise cancel. Really comfortable, which lots of headphones are good at first but after a while my ears and top of my head get sore. Lots of padding. The battery is great, charging is fast then lasts a long time. They also work great with a regular stereo mini jack aux cord which I usually use anyway Only things I’m not huge on is the capacitive touch control. Really cool tech gimmick, but it’s always getting false triggers if I brush up against something or adjust them etc. It was a little tough to get the Bluetooth connection going on my wife’s phone for some reason. Until I put the app on it too. I guess it tries to recognize the app before the regular Bluetooth signal? And yeah the bass frequencies are boomy and clear as bass can be but the default sound maybe has an absurd amount too much, but that’s only a “too much good thing” complaint. Some of my old synthesizers and drum machines I thought sounded mediocre were actually just not given proper listening output Overall though amazing sound and worth the price.

Versatile, Good Quality, Loaded With Features

Besides the usually excellent Sony build quality, the biggest feature is versatility. At the press of a button, you can switch between low bass, moderate bass, and pounding base, all of which can be adjusted on the phone app. Likewise, at the press of another button, you can switch between ambient noise canceling to focus on the music, or ambient noise boosting, letting you hear things around you more easily. Throw in comfortable ear pads, a headphone jack if you don't have wireless capabilities, and build in microphone for calls, it's really a do everything product. Functionally perfect.

Every Sony product I buy has always lasted and has had superb quality. The reason I went for these was because of the bass button and I'm glad I did. Some might wonder which to get Skullcandy evos/nc or these. What I will say is if you want better sound quality get the ULT WEAR but if you want skull rattling bass get the Candys. I listen to a vast genres of music from hip-hop to metal and classical to country. These headphones make all genres sound good. You will need to download the app to get everything out of these. I made a custom eq which makes them sound better than from out of box. I've had them for a week charged them fully using noise cancelling daily and they're only at 50% battery. The only complaints I have is that I wish they could go maybe two volume clicks higher and they have disconnected on me once for like 2 seconds then reconnected.

The sound quality is great for the price (i bought it on sale for $150). Battery life is a clear highlight of these headphones, as I usually only charge them about once a week with hours of use each day. Definitely worth the money. Only downside is that the noise cancelling is not great.
