Product is advertised as a head mount; however, if worn on your head, the weight of the Sony camera makes you feel off-balanced compared to competitor models. The few times we've used it have been more as a body cam. Either way - it's a strap that's holds the camera to the human.

I wanted to get footage as I did my daily runs along the beach. Used this headmount with my sony videocam. It held great and didnt slip off.

The head mounted installation provides, if anything, more exciting viewpoints than the chest mount. I can't do much free rock climbing anymore so I enjoy seeing my grand son's videos made when climbing.

Makes the action cam hands free but can come loose,such as entering the water. But makes filming fun and is not too heavy on the side of your head

This works well but did not feel as secure as it should have.

I bought this for My sony action cam I have. It worked perfect for what I needed. I did paint some parts black so when I am out hunting it hides a little better.
