I didn't even realize that after plugging it into the wall and then adding a sony battery to it, that the battery would go from 1% charge ALL THE WAY to 100% GENIUS design, man Sony, you've outdone yourself with this bad boy.

Having the Sony a6300 it's a good idea to have a couple of batteries to rotate and keep charged. They deplete fairly quickly.

Tips: When buying a new battery charge each battery overnight--will not overcharge. Make sure to observe the placement of the charger correctly into the electrical socket (follow the owner's manual). Buy several batteries.

Pricing was a little high for a charger, but I guess that is the times we live in. The charger works fast and is small enough to pocket carry if you want.

Easy to use. I can charge a battery in the camera with the included cord and charge another one with this charger. I always stay with brand name accessories specifically meant for the product as to not void and warranty. I’m very happy with the purchase.

Stick with Sony chargers - from experience

Over time the non-Sony chargers started failing to charge the batteries completely as they did when new. Wanting a second charger that didn't fade after 9 months like the cheaper brands, purchased this after a disappointing purchase based on saving money and in the long run it cost more.

I can take out my batteries from the camera and charge them up without the hassle of plugging up my camera. (I do think this should have been included with the camera.)
