    Broken after 13 months, Sony was "sorry"

    After about 13 months (funny, that's exactly when the warranty expires, what a coincidence), the player started acting funny, I could not switch it off and the display acted funny. I contacted Sony support and they said they were "sorry" and offered me a repair for $98 plus taxes - what a joke, that's the price of a new one. It was my last Sony product.
