It will not accept playlists so your music can not be organized. The player is only recognized as a generic USB storage device and not a media device. If you check on Google, this has been a problem for a few years. Unfortunately, I bought this as a Christmas gift and the 15 days expired before she received the gift. I am screwed. Can not even return this worthless device.

Using the old MP3 player instead. Thought the model would be the same for 8 GB.
