The sound with these headphones is fantastic. Also great that there is no wires connecting them. There is one small issue and one big issue with the headphones however. Small issue is the connectivity with the right headphone. The big issue is the battery life. Sometimes as low as 2 hours. All things considered, I would still recommend these, even with the issues.

This product is actually pretty good. Music and sounds are fantastic with great range. However, I found that the main feature, which is the bluetooth communication, didn't quite cancel the noise during car rides. All my callers said it was tough to hear me because of the background noise of my car rides. It works great in quiet places.

I had been looking at all of the options to go with truly wireless earbuds. I really liked the way that these Sony Earbuds looked, they look quite a bit more stylish than other options. I decided to pick these up, and all glad that I did! Sound: The sound quality is the best that I have ever heard from earbuds! Pair this with Noise Cancelling and you get lost in your own little work listening to music, not a care given about the world around you.

Bought these to listen to @ my desk at work. Very nice design and build. I didn't research well and battery life, 2 hours, and lack of real noise canceling were the main reason for taking them back. Also worried about them falling out of my ears and getting lost or broken. Returned and got the over the ear version and I am very happy with that version from Sony.

    Best noise cancelling ear buds

These are the best noise cancelling ear buds I’ve found around this price. I did have issues with the first pair I bought, which continued to cut in and out. I decided to give it another try and the new ear buds work flawlessly. My only issue is that the update is impossible to install, it never works so I don’t know if that will cause me problems in the future.

I have tried these twice and I just can't do it. These look amazing, they don't bulge out of your ears, and have a nice sleep look. The champagne, (hold) looks like jewelry. They sound amazing for voice, such as podcasts, and for music. The noise cancellation, is great. It is an active cancellation that detects your motion. So why does three stars and not higher. Well bills was the technology of true Wireless. The headphones not only have to connect to your phone via wireless Bluetooth connection but they have to connect to each other in a synchronize Wireless pattern and That's the Way Love. Often one of the earbuds drops out while you're listening to something. Usually reestablish his connection pretty quickly, but sometimes it doesn't multiple times and quick variation. That's kind of annoying. Own the first generation Samsung true Wireless, and they suffered the same problem. I read reviews of other true wireless headphones, and it seems to be prevalent with others as well. Again, This is due to the technology not quite being ready for primetime. I will continue to wait for the true Wireless Solutions technology to improve to a point where in this is no longer an issue. Once that happens I will reinvest in a true wireless headphones as I appreciate the convenience. So back to corded Bluetooth earbuds.

These Sony’s had the potential to be a great product for the money. Noise canceling is good and sound quality is good but battery life and poor synch / connection to device is deal breaker. On top of that the batter life claimed is bull sheezy. They last maybe 1.25 hours on 50 percent volume and stay powered long enough to cut my yard. Called Sony at least 5 times and the last bozo names Paul who sent me a non functioning link to update device. I have already done that and they would rather give you the runaround after taking 225.00 hard earned dollars of mine. I was dumb enough to buy one thier 4K TV’s and 1000k M3’screcently and hope experience is better with that than these headphones.

After trying out different types of noise- canceling headphones, I decided on these. So I highly recommended to Santa that he might bring these to my son and daughter in law. They absolutely love them! The sound is wonderful, they fit great in the ear, and they’re wireless. Hohoho!

The sound quality is good but I have an issue with them staying tightly in my ears to keep other sounds out (it might just be me). One other thing is that it takes a bit of work to get both to connect and work without one of them, mainly the right side, cutting out somewhat but once both are working they are a good set of earphones.

I was pretty impressed by the audio quality and strong Bluetooth connection, but the battery didn’t even last through a 2.5 hour flight from a 100% charge. 3 hours is a hard minimum for me, so I will be returning. They did sit solidly in my ears and were pretty comfortable. I’m just sad about the battery life.

Not heavy at all and stay in place in the ear. Sound is excellent but you can’t control the volume on them, but can on your phone. Noise canceling is okay But not as quiet as I would like. The biggest draw back is battery life is 3hours, but again the case is quick in charging for 15min to get about another hour of use.

Terrible connectivity in the right earbud

Unfortunately, as much as the earbuds had great sound quality and the build of the overall product was good, it has a fatal flaw: the right earbud has terrible connectivity, especially when I was taking a walk with my phone and listening to music. I had about seven cut outs a minute. I returned the item for the Anker Soundcore LIberty, a product for half the price, better battery life, and incredible battery life. Not to mention better connectivity. If you are having this problem, you can work around it by switching the left and right ears. Since I kept my phone in my right pocket, and since I believe the left earbud is the master, I believe this helped with connectivity between the various connection points. Downloading the Sony app that had an option for higher audio quality or more stable connection (and using the latter) did not help.

These buds sound great. The Bluetooth has a really large range and the charge box is super quick and has stamina. On a phone call, only the left bud works, which can help you not to talk too loud. The only negative is at a few random times the right bud drops out for a split second.

I purchased these ear buds for their size and the noise cancelling feature. They worked fine while traveling but the battery life was short and didn't last through my 3.5 hour flight. If you want great noise cancelling with long battery life you'll have to invest a few dollars more.

These are amazing headphones and I love the charging case they come in. The app that controls them is easy and intuitive. Their sound is crisp and they have plenty of bass when the eq is adjusted. My only complaint is their overall volume...I have to max them to get good sound.

Sound is not too bad. The noise cancelation works to a certain degree. I like that it came with a wide variety of fittings for ear. When I compare to the job and jay bird headphones the Sony’s come in 3rd. Battery didn’t last as long as jaybirds and junk headphones. All in all headphones are ok

I used these for a week and ended up returning them. These are cool buds, comfortable, and sound isn't terrible. But battery life isn't very good. What really made me return them, is that if the main bud dies the other one is useless because it can't connect via Bluetooth.
