Quality Earbuds

Unfortunately they still were falling out of my ears. The sound was fantastic when they did stay in, I just wish they had fit flatter to my ear. The battery life was amazing!

If you are cross shopping this and wf c500 this is 100% worth it. Comfort is also very good with 3 different size ear tips and they stay in my ear well. These would not be the best for running though as there is a little presure in your ear with the eartips and can have a “banging” sound with every step. Battery indicator also seems to go from staying at 100% until its almost dead so the indicator doesnt seem to be accurate in the app, not a deal breaker though.

Battery life is about 10 hours for me before I need to put the earbuds back into the case. Then they can get another 8-10 hours before recharging. Excellent nose cancelling. The feature allowing nearby voices to bypass the noise cancellation works pretty well. Some cool active sound features when using with the app. Overall, very impressed for an inexpensive set

Always Loved Sony

So they must work pretty well, and she hasn't complained yet about the fit or security. Probably a better buy than the Samsung Buds Pro 2

Surprisingly Excellent

I checked these out for their price and it being Sony and all, and I’m seriously impressed with the quality with a great price. The sound is incredible with some adjustments on the app. I will say the controls are incredibly touchy, I personally turned them off. Overall, phenomenal.

I only have 2 issues and to most people it might bother more than me idk. 1. When answering a call it will go straight through the phone then I have to switch it to the headphone. Just an unnecessary step. 2. Having to connect through the app is kinda annoying I wish I can go straight through my Bluetooth settings.

Sound cancelling is pretty good. Red light won't turn off on the charge deck. Think that makes it need charging more than designed.

Lousy mid and bass

Even after replacing the silicone tips with the excellent Comply foam tips the sound never got much better. The top end was nice but the mid and bottom end did not play nice with each other. They completely lost most of the details being played by the bass and drums.

We regret to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the WFC700N headphones. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Sound Connect app). Aside from replacing the earbud tips, make sure that you are wearing both earbuds properly. Put the headset unit with the (left) mark into your left ear and the headset unit with the (right) mark into your right ear. The left headset unit has a tactile dot. Adjust the fit of the headset to your ears. Twist the headset unit to slide the earbud tip deep into your ear canal. For more information, please refer to this link:
