Clean the Charging Contacts: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the charging case. Dirt or debris can sometimes cause connectivity issues

Try a Different USB Cable: If the LED does not light up, try using a different USB cable to connect the charging case to the USB power source.

About the situation where is not possible to locate them if you misplace one; it's correct. The Sony WF-C700N earbuds do not have a feature that allows users to locate them via a smartphone if they are misplaced. They are not compatible with this technology. We're truly sorry about the inconvenience.
