Good set of earbuds for the price

While we're glad that you like it ,we're sad to hear that you are not fully impressed with the sound quality. Make sure that you have the proper ear tip size as it can affect the sound quality. Good sound but still not close to noise cancelling

This model is better than the previous model (400’s), but still the noise cancelling is not as I expected. They are not good noise cancelling.

While we're happy that you like most of the features, especially the amazing sound, we're sorry you've been running into difficulty. Your feedback regarding the noise cancellation is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance.
If any of this is the case, try the following.
- Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.
- Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.
Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient. Also, the noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.

Not better!

The music bounces back and forth between left and right. They don't always pair or sync with each other. Even noise canceling off, there is still a sound in the background. The 500s were really good! I only upgraded when i lost one of those. I have an old set of Jabra earbuds Im using again. I regret this purchase.

They were charged once I got them out of the box, they truly are waterproof! I go running over 15 miles and they keep working despite being drenched with sweat! Turns out two other people bought the same types (different time periods) and they did the same thing to them. Started with the right headphone not connecting and then eventually nothing connecting.

Amazing Earbuds Option

Synch well with pc zoom calls

I restarted it multiple times and attempted to reconnect using the Sony Sound Connect App, but was unable to pair it with any device. The Bluetooth remained in discoverable mode throughout Not recommended, I replaced it with JBL.
