This In-ear headphones comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. As a suggestion, to reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones, try to use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull the top of your ear and twist the headset unit to slide the earbud tip deep into your ear canal. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience.

For the proper sound quality, noise canceling function, and call sound quality to be effective
If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance. If any of this is the case, try the following.
Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.
Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.

We're happy that you like most of the features of your WF-C700N. Your feedback about the low volume level when noise cancellation is active is greatly appreciated. If the volume level heard from the unit is quieter than normal, especially when the ANC is on, you can adjust the volume of the headphones and the connected device according to your preference. If the app has the volume settings, try adjusting the volume using those settings. You may also play different song with different quality to further isolate the issue.
