When you need to adjust them in your ear you almost always hit the button, which stops music or calls. They suggested downloading the Bose app, (which I find annoying that every product needs an app) but it allowed me to change settings to improve the sound quality (which was terrible right out of the box).

Worst connectivity. Beware return policy.

The connectivity is horrible with my iPhone, particularly at the gym where countless others are also using Bluetooth devices. I got them solely for this purpose so it’s quite disappointing. Also Best Buy’s return policy is 15 DAYS which I missed. Do yourself a favor and skip these.

Need more battery time
