You gotta download an app and then it tells you that you gotta download more apps for all the features the headphones say they come with. Sound quality is okay but they slip out of my ears a lot.

A little disappointed

However, I was very disappointed by the sound. It was incredibly thin with no low end. Not worth the money. I returned them and bought Apple AirPods and I absolutely love them. It’s night and day difference. I know you can do better Sony!
