This earbud is great and exceptional value for the price and fit. No bells and whistles like the WFC700N or LinkBud S but still gives you good clarity, bass and noise isolation when you are taking calls. Bought this as a backup to my WFC700N but Its now my go too, since I hardly use the Noise Cancelling feature on the other Buds, Cant go wrong with this, typical Sony quality.

Sound is really great, they fit pretty well. Great value for the price.

I got a few bad pairs but after finally getting some that worked, they work great. I use them for mnt biking and working out and they don’t fall out of your ear like AirPods. A separate app and inaccurate battery life would be the only downside but not that serious

The battery life is great and I like the size of the ear buds. They are very comfortable. I don’t like that it doesn’t work well with my iPhone it doesn’t announce the call and also it doesn’t let me verbally refuse to call overall I don’t know one out of 10. I’ll give it a eight.

The most easiest wirless earbuds I have ever purchased. The mic works great to my surprise, and compare to ither earbuds i have gotten once i put the earbud away it stays disconnected. I have had some earbuds that once i put it in the case it still stays on and when i get a call it woukd go straight to the earbuds. These ones are different and easy to use! Also great for the price.

Fantastic Sound Quality. These are very comfortable, have a good passive isolation, the passthrough is excelent, and it has very good mics. Overall a great product for this price, easily competing against much more expensive earbuds.

these earbuds have been great the battery life is really good and you can use them separate from each other and have one ear bud in for talking or just while you are working.

Excellent battery life and sound quality. I am a late adopter of the wireless earbud. Why did I ever put it off? These are fantastic and won't break the bank. I love how well they stay in my ears, and that I don't have to worry about a cord getting caught on a cabinet pull or door handle anymore. The case can recharge the earbuds a decent amount of times before needing to be plugged in. Very convenient. I don't really use the ambient sound mode--quite the opposite. I like to not hear anything external when I am listening to music, and good news, these have great noise cancelling! I bought a 2nd pair for my mom to try, and she was very impressed too.

Great earbuds with great sound, bass and controls on the buds. The battery backup is also very good. My last piece was also Sony and this is just great too. Happy I purchased it

I've had too much experience when it comes to TWS buds and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with Sony. Most of the time their buds are well above $100 and are usually not worth it since many other brands are cheaper and better. When it comes to these buds that are under $100, it feels like Sony cheaped out because they don't know how to make a budget efficient product without making major cuts to features and other things. Yes, they're small, yes they sound okay but it's the other cuts that I don't like. The biggest being the battery life. Yes, these last 11 hours, but only have 11 hours of battery reserve from the case. I have seen far too many companies that can do 8+ hours on the buds with 20-30 hours on the case. And if you look at the size of the case it's beyond obvious that they had the room to put a bigger battery. One rule I normally have when it comes to TWS buds is that the case at minimum needs to recharge the buds at least twice, or more. the industry standard at this point is usually 3+ recharges from the case, and Sony has other TWS buds that also have 2-3 charges from the case for their other products. So why does the cheapest have such minimal battery life? You're better off with a competitor or getting wired buds with a bluetooth DAC.
