Ok but far from perfect.

These are really good headphones, but I like the second version more. These are lighter and sound better. The battery is nowhere near as good as the second version. These last two work days and end up with less than twenty percent battery left over. Version two would last at least three full days. These also squeak on my glasses when I turn my head. I can hear it even when I’m playing music loudly. The control pad doesn’t seem to track gestures as good as the second version.

The Wh1000-xm4’s were at a great sale price and prosthesis best rated Bluetooth so I spoiled myself and bought a pair, no regrets with these. Was mowing the yard and I could feel the mowers vibration but no sound, the anc on there is outstanding

With the new features on these bad boys there’s no need to look anywhere else for noise cancelling. Compared with beautiful sound these can’t be beaten at this price. My best feature of these are the Adaptive sound control. Living in the city I have to use public transportation so the noise cancelling kicks in automatically when it knows I’m moving at certain speeds. Then shuts off when stopped. Perfect!

I can’t hear you

Better than beats! Noise cancellation was great and couldn’t hear anything other than my music during my last flight. Only negative was the initial connection to my device. It took a little longer other Bluetooth devices I have and I had to download a Sony app. And love the Navy blue color.

The Best Noise Canceling Headphone You Can Buy!2

Great headphones. i have used them for a flight from the US to Japan (13 hours & 40 minute) and they worked very well. When i used the noise canceling feature all I could hear was the movie i was watch. Not one sound of the plane got into my ears.

These Sony headphones provide premium sound with state of the art noise cancelling and ambient sound control for every single environemnt you find yourself in. The seamless bluetooth connectivity to two devices at the same time is a nice perk. Highly recommend.

These headphones have been great. I ended up passing them down to a co worker when I upgraded to the XM5 on ear headphones. She loves them. As a former dog bather, they have excellent noise reduction.

I bought these for my wife and she couldn't handle the noise canceling/air pressure while listening to music. I ended up using them myself for a few days and they are amazing. Honestly the best sounding wireless headphones I've ever used. The noise canceling is incredible and the features work flawlessly.

Junky headphones with too many bells and whistles

These headphones are chanty garbage for the price. I wore them for 2 months, not even daily, and one of the ear cups snapped off just from removing them off my head. Sony warranty does NOT cover physical damage and they want me to pay hundreds of dollars to repair their poorly made product. On top of that any time you try to slightly adjust the ears, settings get messed up and your music will pause. The noise cancelling feature also kicks on and off at random times. These just do not make for a great listening experience and they are not well made. You're better off getting a cheap pair of SkullCandy. At least when they break you're not out $500+. Do not buy this product.

The warranty provided by Sony is for initial failures if more than troubleshooting is needed. This does not include any physical damage made to the unit. They are great. The sound quality is just as good as more expensive options, and I prefer it over the XM5 since it can fold. The only issue is that the it pauses too long after a conversation.
