I love these headphones. Im getting them as an upgrade to the previous version. The materials are quality and nice to the touch. I wore them on an international trip amd they were still comfortable after hours of use. Lastly there jammed packed with usable amd intuitive tech.

I will never shut up about this headphone, i used to think getting headphones was a very unnecessary purchase as an airpod user, trust me when i say it absolutely isn’t when it’s these ! super lightweight & comfortable! doesn’t give you a headache like the apple ones. will forever recommend these.

Noise cancellation is really good. But if you accidentally hit the side it will automatically disconnect.

Regarding the accidental "disconnect," it’s possible you might be triggering the Speak-to-Chat or Quick Attention mode by touching the right earcup. These features are designed to let you hear your surroundings quickly, but you can actually customize or disable them in the Sony Headphones Connect app if they’re getting in your way!

Excellent pair of headphones. I previously had Bose QuietComfort, but the sound quality with the WH1000XM5 is significantly better. I have never had a pair of Sony headphones as I have always been partial to Bose. After purchasing these headphones, Sony will be my go-to choice. Also, the app you download with these headphones allows you to customize your sound experience more than any other headphones I have had. Would definitely recommend this product.

I owned the xm3 for years and left it at a hotel room. This version is way more comfortable and sounds even better, as well as the anc. Love them. I personally don't care that they don't fold like previous XMs

It is lightweight, good looking, has good sound, long battery life, and nothing can't go wrong with this headphone. Just beware if you wear a glasses since it can be little uncomfortable to wear glasses and headphones simultaneously.

I love these headphones, i think they’re worth the investment of how much they are. The sound cancellation is sooo good i was surprised. They’re also very soft & lightweight. So far haven’t needed to charge it more than once either. 10/10!

This headphones although a little expensive are worth every penny sound quality is superv, lightweight that i dont feel them great for workouts and will handle sweat, battery life is excellent around 1 whole day of heavy use. Overall great purchase

Amazing headphones for the money

Let me just start off with; these headphones are so worth it. If you have the money to spend on luxury over-the-ear headphones this is as good as you're going to get. Sure, you can get Airpods Max for a bit more but unless you're all Apple they're not worth it. Lastly, there's the Bose also has a good alternative but I'd rather not look like an alien when I'm wearing headphones. If you want a good EQ use the one I have as an image

I've had these since July and I've used them everyday for between 4 and 16 hours a day. They are so comfortable that I sometimes forget I even have them on. Sounds quality is top notch especially with custom EQ settings. Short and simple review just buy them you won't be disappointed.

I like to read a lot, but I have noisy surroundings, when I got these headphones, they were better than I ever thought. I can activate and deactivate the noise cancelling so I never have to take them off. Worth the money. Wish they could have ear pieces that I could wear while working out, it’s the only thing missing

Phenomeal product. I bought these as a replace to the lower tier version I lost on vacation. Pricey but worth it. They are so light, the noise canceling and ambient sound work great and I love being able to switch between my devices, especially while working.
