Nice sound. Cool slide finger control for volume and phone calls. Folds nice for storing in briefcase or bag. Battery seems to be lasting very well. Not on the description, but it does pair with my Apple Watch with Bluetooth. I am happy with purchase so far.

I’ve had Bose and autio-technica headphones and for the sub $300 price these are the best. ANC is solid, they fit well, comfortable, and easy controls.

These headphones are DUMB and I love them for it. These are not for the audiophile who wants accurate and flat sound reproduction, I have other headphones for that, these headphones are for bass heads through and through. If someone handed me these headphones and told me that sony made these crazy headphones with tiny subwoofers inside I would believe them if I didnt know any better. These are just fun to listen to but they're not a gimmick or a toy. Theres something quite special about these, not only is the bass powerful but it manages to hit low frequencies that I personally have never heard on a system without a dedicated subwoofer and it manages to do all that without any distortion of the mids or highs. I dont know how sony can make such a bass heavy headphone while still keeping the mids and highs crystal clear with a ton of detail still coming through but hats off to them. For me theyre a little too bass heavy for music but for movies and games theyre awesome. I still enjoy listening to music through them every now and then. Comfort wise these are the most comfortable headphones I've worn by far but the seal around my ears is so good that sometimes it creates an uncomfortable vacuum effect if I pull them off too fast, not a big deal though. As far as the noise cancelling and ambient modes go, the ambient mode sounds very natural, as if I'm not even wearing headphones, the noise cancelling is nothing special, its good enough but not the best, I never really cared much for noise cancelling anyway.

If you love bass get these. Super comfortable and a steal at this price. Highly recommended!

This is the most I've ever spent on headphones, but I don't regret it. They sound fantastic and they work well with my Galaxy S7. For me, it's mostly music while working, but doubles as a great headset for phone calls - no complaints at all so far about being able to hear me. The corresponding app on the phone for these offers lots of choices for sound profiles, and "bright" works really well with my classical collection. Ambient sound options really help so that I can still talk to my wife easily while wearing them by cupping my hand over the right earpiece. Love the touchpad-style controls on right earpiece - hate having to memorize lots of new button locations. Google Assistant integration is great, so I can just press the assistant button and hear what my latest notification was, be it text, reminder, or whatever, without having to pick up my phone. Love these!

These replaced my beats studio 2 wireless headphones. They sound much better than the beats. They do not feel as premium as the beats though, but the quality still seems good. Touch controls are great. Google assistant is surprisingly useful. Battery life is aweome.

So I bought these expecting them to pound my ears with strong clear bass and I was not disappointed. They sound very clear and the extra bass gives my music that kick I was looking for. The touch controls are very cool and convenient. The digital noise canceling is barely there. They hardly block out any noise but the sound makes up for it.

I have been looking for a wireless set of headphones for a price that was fairly low and yet the product to sound incredible as well as have noise cancelling. When I saw the Sony WH-XB900N, they seemed to fit the bill. Even though I do not use them all the time, I have had these now for a month and they still have nearly a full charge. And the bass response is incredible as well as the highs. I also like the touch controls. I have had other true wireless earphones with touch controls that have been finicky at best. The controls on the Sony have been extremely easy without the finickyness that I have experienced with the other brands I have used. With that being said, there are a few drawbacks. First, the adaptive noise cancelling is something I had to turn off. I can see how that would be a nice feature if I were wearing them while walking on the side of the road. But while I wear them in my driveway while washing my cars, they would interrupt my music several times during one song. Also, the only way to really control the headphones is through the Sony Headphones app. That is great if you are to use them with just the one device. But I have a number of devices that I would like to use them with, including my computer (which does not have an app available). I do like the fact that I can connect my headphones via cable to said devices with and without powering them on. Powering the headphones on does enable to noise canceling feature which is nice when I am recording audio on location and need to hear exactly what is going into my field recorder without the outside audio influence. Overall, these are a great buy and would buy them again. And they would be that much better if I was able to use the bluetooth feature on my computer without the added hassle of the app.

After 3 years this set of headphones are still the best in my opinion!! Nothing more needs to be said! I bought these to do a podcast and have continued to use them for all of my listening pleasure

I really like the Sony WH-X900N Wireless Noise Cancelling Over the Ear Headphones. Easy to set up and comfortable to wear. They sound great with great Bass. If you looking for a good pair of headphones with great bass for a good price these ate it!

These headphones have truly blown me away. I have never had any high-end pair of headphones like these, and I cannot believe it’s taken me this long to make the investment. I’ve already worn these on a 4-hour flight and I couldn’t hear anything besides my movie. The bass is very good (especially for a pair of headphones), the highs are really crisp, and the audio in general is exceptional. My one complaint is that the 360 Audio Reality only works with 4 music subscription services. I could be wrong, but I don’t believe the 360 degree feature works with anything else besides those premium services that cost a lot of money compared to Spotify or Apple Music. Other than that, no complaints and you should make the investment now if you want incredible sound and noise cancelation.

I needed a set of headphones with microphone in it for an online class I was taking. The reviews looked good for this set so I bought them. They were comfortable on my head and I could hear very well. Everyone said it was clear to hear me talk with the built in microphone. The noise cancelling worked great and I did not get distracted by sounds around me in the office. The only thing was that it took a little getting used to not hearing myself as loud as normal because the noise cancelling in the speakers. I am very happy with my purchase.

I had a surprise international flight come up and I needed a pair of noise cancelling headphones quick! I went to Best Buy to purchase the Bose. But after some confusion with which model was on display I found my way over to the Sony's. I am so glad I did. An employee came over and asked if I needed help and he recommended this pair to me, with specific mention of the battery life. He was right! I use these headphones for weeks at a time between charging. The noise cancelling is good and the sound quality is great. If I have one complaint, it is that they do leak a bit of sound so if wearing in a quiet library, keep control of the volume.

excelent sound. I don't remember to have had something like this. I'm in love with this. You can equalize sound by the app. They have good response with blluetooth. I love the punch of extra bass. If you don't really like extra bass, you can moderate it with the app. Very extended battery. They are comfortable with my ears and head I have almost a year with this and I'm glad to got them

I purchased these headphones during the Black Friday Sale and honestly they are great for the price. Overall, very strong bluetooth connection without drop issues, comfortable for long use, easily transportable. Great sound quality, however you do have to play with the settings on the app to engage the noise cancelling properly. Even with the app though the noise cancelling doesn't live up to expectations until you increase the volume over 60%. The only other issue is that these headphones have to be de-paired in order to switch between devices. Other than that, these are pretty solid headphones.

Bought for my son and he loves them! Easy to sync up first time using. Long battery life. Only has to charge them after long extended time periods of use. The ear covers are very comfortable!! And they are truly noise cancelling!

Great experience all around. I had purchased these about a month ago but noticed that right headphone seemed to have a broken speaker. I have been about 6 hours from the nearest Best Buy, so couldn’t do anything about it. I recently came back to civilization, went to Best Buy to try and exchange for a new pair, and was blown away with how seamless the process was. They asked what was wrong, asked for my order number, and I was walking out with a new pair within 5 minutes. The new pair is perfect. Great quality, noise canceling is 10/10, and they are loud. They charge relatively quick, but these have such a long battery life that I hardly have to charge, maybe once a week (I listen to music and am on calls for about 6-7 hours a day for perspective).

Very, very impressed. Beautiful sound and clarity. Some complain about the bass but that's totally adjustable via the app. Sound wise , comfort wise (and I wear them in the gym), quality, fit... All top notch. And an amazing 30 hour battery life! The app is helpful and works flawlessly in customizing the experience. For the money, these headphones exceeded all my expectations.

If you like a lot of bass these are for you. You will need to use the app to customize your sound. Good noise canceling. I’m happy with the price too.On sale They are very comfortable on your ears and head also.

I tried every demo pair in the store and the thing that drew me to these was the ability to mute the sound and cancel the noise canceling by waving putting my hand on the side of the headphones. It works really well and I liked this for my work. The noise cancellation is very well done. Sound quality is very good... though the Bose to me was the best bar none. With the equalizer app it can have a pretty solid bass and treble blend that you can feel... only slight complaint with this is that when I equalize it to the blend I like it’s hard to find the sweet spot on total volume. It’s either too loud or it’s to quiet and I just don’t get enough of the bass feel I want for perfection but I’m knit picking here: Price is very reasonable though now that I’ve owned them I wise I dropped the extra I think $50 for the next step up. I think long term the materials used would have been worth the extra money for quality appeal and comfort over the ear. But for the price again worth it on the aesthetics. App could use a bit more tweaking on usability. Now why 3 stars?? The controls. Maybe just me but they are very to almost impossible to use if you want to change anything about what you listen to. While I like the essentially clean look of it with no buttons it’s pointless to try to do anything with them other than temporarily silencing its sound and noise cancellation. Battery also is very good for the price and pairs no problem. Conclusion. If you want function control capabilities go somewhere else. If you like strong sound, good quality, and like to talk to people with ease with out them dangling off your ear oddly these are for you. If you are a fire hard best sound period no compromise on the sound go to Bose. And if you are a base junkie skull candy has an interesting choice but god have mercy on your head and ears. Best advice try them all in store if you can.
