It's unfortunate that had returned your SONY unit. To ensure optimal performance with noise canceling, please refer to the steps and guidelines below:

• Make sure that the noise canceling function is turned on.
• Adjust the earpad position to fit your ears.
• The noise canceling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.

We're really glad to hear you're happy and satisfied with the features, amazing sound quality, and overall performance of the headphones. These do have touch sensor control panel. You can remotely controls music playback of the connected Bluetooth device or control the volume by operating the touch sensor control panel.

• To increase the volume: Swipe up repeatedly until the volume reaches the desired level.
• To decrease the volume: Swipe down repeatedly until the volume reaches the desired level.
• To change the volume continuously: Swipe up or down and hold. Release at the desired level.
When the volume reaches the maximum or minimum, an alarm sounds.
