I haven’t charged these in over a month, I use them every single day at the gym for two hours, and I still have a 50% charge. They’re incredible and they’re extremely comfortable, no sore ears, and the soundproof is great. You can adjust all of the setting to suit your needs.

• Make sure that the noise canceling function is turned on.
• Adjust the earpad position to fit your ears.
• The noise canceling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.

I will start with the bad I've had them for a couple of weeks now at the time of this review. whenever I use them they cut out a lot even with limited movement. The noise cancellation is not the best it is just ok. The sound quality is ok great for in the house or a low noise environment. The fit is great for me the ear cups are a solid fit and not 2 tight or to loose. If you buy them at full price it's a lose, just spend the extra and buy the top of the line.

Worth full price though. My only complaint is the headset pause function is a little touchy. You have to double tap on the headset in just the right spot. Usually takes a couple attempts. I have had no material complaints with any Sony product for decades. They delivered again!

I’m fact they may even be better than my beats studio's in that regard. They are comfortable on my head for long periods but will still hurt my ears after a few hours of having them on. The range is great! Battery last dang well forever and charges faster than you can sneeze but what do you expect with usb-c charging.

I have not tried the Bluetooth connection yet. You do need the device to which you are connecting them to have volume adjustment capabilities. These headphones don’t have their own volume control. I’m extremely satisfied with them. The noise canceling is very good. I have to listen carefully when I have them on and my wife is try to get my attention. She is very understanding of this since I purchased a pair for her also. I’m not sure what they will be like (maybe sweaty) this summer when the temperature goes up, but I should be okay with the AC on.

You can remotely controls music playback of the connected Bluetooth device or control the volume by operating the touch sensor control panel.
• To increase the volume: Swipe up repeatedly until the volume reaches the desired level.
• To decrease the volume: Swipe down repeatedly until the volume reaches the desired level.
• To change the volume continuously: Swipe up or down and hold. Release at the desired level.
When the volume reaches the maximum or minimum, an alarm sounds.

Bought my wife a pair as well a month after I had bought mine. She takes them everywhere. I know they are discontinued, but geez. So good.
