Exactly what it is intended to do. Quality. Adjustable depth to sound, low bass to higher bass. Accurate volume control, with the easy to feel wheel. No fumbling for a control that is hard to find, just by touch. Sound goes through any walls, too, just like it says. Reliable. Right out of the box.

Excellent quality and comfortable fit. Clear, adjustable sound and long-range transmission distance. The ability to replace the ear pads is an added bonus. These are great when one person in the house requires higher decibels than the others.

Better charger stand design. Great sound quality. Get great distances from charger port, so you do things hands free like dishes , laundry and cooking. Also very comfortable to wear . Easy setup and very easy to use .

We were told this would work with the TV & DVD player, everything to allow my husband (with hearing loss) and I to watch tv at the same time. This was not true. The geek squad was able to wire this into our cable box so when we watch cable this functions as ordered. If we are streaming or watching DVD is does not work. It is very irritating that those of us who are older with money to spend cannot find electronics to meet our needs. Buyer beware-these devices have limited use and the sales people don’t understand it any better than the consumer .

These head phones sound great and the range is very good you can get up and go into another room without missing a thing. The other good feature is I have some hearing loss and need to have the television too loud so I can understand the words. With these you can turn the tv down to almost mute and turn up the volume on the head phones as high as you like. Also they shut off and charge when you hang them up on the stand. Good battery life also.

Simple to use. Very easy to place onto its recharger. Good sound. Doesn't completely muffle ambient noise but once the TV sound is on, I hear nothing from outside the earmuffs. Volume control is a bit ergonomically deficient...it's hard to find and not easy to control while on one's head. Still, from a value standpoint, it's one of the best out there. Indeed, we now have two - his and hers. On a related note, it replaces a piece of junk from some Chinese fly-by-night operation that I bought on Amazon Prime day. I plan to stick with name brands like Sony.

These Sony earphones get a thumbs up in our home for the following reasons. It was an easy set up, good instructions included/ simple to control volume/ good quality when it comes to hearing the TV. As seniors, we like when there are no issues setting up our product, and it actually works great.

These headphones are awesome! The sound quality is just as good, if not better, than more expensive wireless headphones. It fits comfortably on your head and allows you to concentrate on the programs you are watching. Hands down, it is very easy to setup and start to use right out of the box. I have used others in the past that could not hold a candle to this product!

Simple, easy setup. For me a super realistic utility workhorse that’s right on price and quality and delivers awesome theater surround for my daily use (only unit within this price range) . The unit has several unique genre sound settings nessesary for a full satisfying experience. This is my second unit so my guests also enjoy them when we view together- solid gold star for sure. However, the ear pads get sweaty and the headband padding doesn’t hold up. It easily tares awayif you’re careless, upon replacing it onto the charger. After eight or nine months the unit gets a bit flimsy, but Im still happy to get better than average surroundsound. Id say that they are the best lower budget choice before moving upwards to I’ll audiophile enthusiast.

It was a great recommendation from a sales person at Best Buy. It was very easy to set up and to use. When watching TV I can crank up the volume as high as I want without annoying my wife. When she is not watching, I can mute the TV and still hear it, and she is not disturbed. I wish it had a balance control because my left ear is worse than mu right one.

Great Sony quality and sound at a middle of the road price. Not quite the Sennheiser level, but totally great for TV use. RF headsets are the ONLY way to go for TV viewing as Bluetooth has a significant lag that makes the audio out of sync with the video. Perfect connectivity and great battery life. Sony has never let me down and these have the quality materials and workmanship I expect from them. (Note: I bought the open box at a great savings, and Best Buy has them inspected by Geek Squad - very happy!)

This is the third Sony head set I have had over a period of some 15 or so years. the only reason I had to get a new set after 6 years of excellent sound was I broke one ear piece but some metal and super glue "fixed" it but had to cover it with a sock cause the earpad was flaking all over the floor. This new set is really a nice upgrade. The sound deading is extremely better, I can't hear my wife talking at all when she is trying to talk during a football game. I can just nod, The range is much better, I can get out over 150 feet from the house to do stuff, where the old model only got about 50-60 feet, (to the edge of the Garage). This model connection cord lets you plug it directly into your computer or using the RCA adapter, into the TV or amp. In summary, I am really happy with this new upgraded version. The earpads could be softer but a pair of old socks helps soften them up. It is really nice that they are on the same frequency as the older model. The longer range and better (wife) noise deading is great, and the sound is much clearer

the sound is good i like the long run time and ease of charging it.plus it is adjustable so i can get a comfortable fit over my ears.

This is the 2nd one we purchased. Lasted about 3 yrs before the cushion around the headset & ear muff started to fall apart. Good distance to be able to walk around the house and do things in different rooms.

What a great product. The quality,clarity and ease of use is great. It was a bit difficult to pair. We followed the instructions and it took a couple tries to finally connect. The charging station is great. The hours of use is excellent. We use them daily and charge 1x per week pretty much. We highly recommend this item.

Easy setup, good sound quality, and last forever. My dad loves them when watching TV.

I am not disappointed in this product at all. they are not the most comfortable ear phones but work very well. There is some popping noise at times but this is minimal and only at certain times. The sound is very good for wireless ear phones and makes my experience more like the true theatre sound than most I have tried in the past. Battery life works perfect for me. I watch movies at night and so far have always had more than enough battery life to go through the longest of movies or shows.

Perfect for a guy like me with poor hearing. Lightweight, long battery life, excellent sound quality and great range. I can wander to the kitchen for a snack and not miss a word, while not disturbing others.

Love my Sony Earphones. So comfortable. Great sound, Good for music or watching TV/Movies when I don't want to bother others or I don't want their activities bothering me. Very portable for travel, nice lightweight travel case. Still working after all these years. I thought they were a little pricy at first, but they were worth every penny. I would think they would be invaluable for someone living or working in close quarters. I never thought I would prefer to use earphones, but these make listening a pleasure. They're really nice if you need the volume to be higher or lower than others in a group.
