These are working very well, fast charging, usb-c, better than average sounding once you download the Sony app and get them set up properly. Without the app, they are weak and tinny sounding, with the app, good base for a small driver. Noise canceling works well enough without being totally isolating.

I bought it for my husband for Christmas. He seems to like it ok.

After returning four other headsets this one seems to be the best . Rest on the neck nicely without slipping off , ear plugs fit nicely , sound is great charges quickly

Ear buds become uncomfortable and move around. Control buttons are poorly placed, to operate volume controls. Cant operate with winter gloves using one finger.

These Bluetooth headphones work fine. My only complaint is that the on/off button is so tiny you have to remove them in order to turn them on and off. If they're not in your ears, you can't hear the voice prompt saying if the power is on or off.

I had two of these. The first one lasted about 3 1/2 months before its buttons stopped working. A reset didn't fix it. Thinking that maybe I got a defective unit I replaced it with another one through the Geek Squad warranty plan. This one lasted just under 2 months (Sept 17-Oct 27) and it's internal computer is starting to error out. I can no longer pair the device as holding down the power button (this is how to put the headset into pairing mode) always results in "Power Off". Press and hold it again "Power Off". This goes on forever. Again the reset does nothing. Now I get to pay another $30 for another warranty on another headset that obviously won't be a Sony. I used two different USB wall plugs for each headset. My thinking, that maybe the one I used for the first one might have caused the problem. They only provide the charging cable not the wall plug and there is nothing that says only USB wall plugs of a certain power range can be used. This is a defective product that you're going to want to stay away from.

Would not recommend this I am actually asking myself if this was made from Sony because the sound quality is very bad. I had to return it to the store many times to get a different one but same problem.

Great headphones sound is crystal clear cuts out any outside noise.the buds are really comfortable as well.

These are on the pricey side but I that means it will last longer than my lg ones. (I love the lg but not after long one bud stops working)

I use this to make calls and they sound great! I also use this to listen to music, they have excellent bass! Im very pleased with this purchase.

I wear these while cutting grass on a,riding mower. Now i can have my music and just feel the engine rumble and not the noise.

I have purchased several similar Bluetooth headphones in the past from Best Buy and all have been horrible.

....but I wanted to use them for phone calls as well. Unfortunately, every call I made the first week I had to disconnect bluetooth because the person I was speaking with kept getting an echo.

The noise canceling is the best I’ve ever had. I was hoping for better phone call quality, but was a little disappointed only on that part

I suppose they worked OK. I guess that was the biggest problem - they were unremarkable in any way. Not terrible. Not great. Moved on to another manufacturer.

Some of the best earbuds/headphones I’ve ever used but the microphone for hands free is terrible

Sound quality is great, easy to install n use. Only down side is you have to install app to use them, they don’t automatically connect to bluetooth
