Did not stay in my ear well

The fact these are from Sony means the chances of great sound is high and that is the best part of these. They sound great when I don't turn my head. Normally I don't need a large size cover to use in-ear headphones but these could have been bigger. The pairing was very fast and didn't jump if I walked across the room. If they fit you then they are excellent. I will still use them when I'm on the bus or sitting at my computer.

My first pair of bluetooth ear buds, overall good sound quality. Easy to setup out of the box with a full illustrated setup guide but would have preferred something with words. Buds seem to fit weird in my ears they come with medium or small ear bud covers both don't really sit well in my ears my only real complaint. Paired with my pc or phone very easily. Other than the fit in my ears I'm satisfied with this product.

The overall sound quality of the Sony - WI-SP500 Wireless earbuds is very good. Everything from the lows to the mids to the highs sounds very good. I've heard better, but you'll have to spend a lot more $$ for better sound quality. These particular earbuds didn't fit my ears well and were harder to keep in while jogging than others, but my ears are a bit oddly shaped so take that with a grain of salt.

    Very Comfortable Earbuds

I think these are, by far, my favorite set of earbuds. When you are wearing them around your neck, they are so comfortable that I forget I am wearing them. When the buds are in your ears, they do not irritate or aggravate my ears in any way. I wear earbud-style headphones for my job during the week for work, so my ears can be very sensitive to anything in my ears. I appreciate any earbuds that are comfortable to wear. I think that you could sleep in them, should you choose to do so. It did take about three tries to get the earbuds to pair with my Samsung 8, though. That was the only frustrating part about set up. The sound is good and range seems to be fair. I wear my phone on a lanyard so I didn't have to have them too far from each other while in use. I highly recommend purchasing these earbuds.

These are great entry level wireless earbuds, and work well with fitness. I haven’t had issues with them falling out while exercising, and they sound GREAT. Absolutely phenomenal sound quality for the price. Battery life is pretty good as well - I haven’t had to recharge them since the initial charge yet, but they seem to be living up to the advertised 8 hours. The only downside is no Google voice support, but I don’t really have a need for that anyway. All in all, highly recommended pair of earbuds!

After reviewing a large sample of wireless earbuds I found the battery on these live up to the claim. The sound is good, but the wire has to go. Also the buds themselves could be a fraction smaller. If you break or lose headphones a lot these are a good start.

I come from a rabid apple fanbase. Having used air pods I have to admit that these while tethered together have a far superior sound quality and durability. I’m not a huge fan of having a wire between the two considering that the trend is now completely tether free but these make up for in sound quality and water resistance.

These headphones are very comfortable and on my took me a couple of days to get use too. The battery last a great amount of time in between charges. I use mine at the gym for about an hour or two every day through the week and easily get a full week out of the battery.

The Sony WI-SP500 earbuds work very well for a comparatively low price. I previously owned a pair of Jaybird wireless earbuds (that cost nearly twice the price of the Sony pair) for use during workouts, but the battery has gotten a bit run down on them. This pair of Sony earbuds hasn't let me down as a replacement. The operation is very similar to my full-size wireless Sony over-the-ear headphones, with simple voice prompts for operation (like letting you know when you've held the button long enough to enter pairing mode). The sound quality is naturally not as good from the much smaller headphones, but it's just fine for music or following voice commands in a workout app. They allow plenty of sound through to stay aware of your surroundings when outside (but not so much that you can't hear what's playing). Comfort is pretty good. They feel a bit bulkier than the pair from Jaybird that I'm used to, but not by very much at all. I think they actually managed to stay a bit more securely in my ears. Only two sizes of rubber ear tips are included. The smaller size works for me, but in that regard they are not as customizable as my older pair. Thus far, the Bluetooth connection has been much more reliable than the old pair. I'm using them primarily with an iPhone, and haven't had a drop-out or disconnection. My old pair would periodically do that in the middle of a workout (though it may have also had to do with the battery charge being low). Overall, I think these earbuds are comfortable and perform very well, while costing significantly less my last pair did.

Great earbuds. Very easy to connect with my android phone and love the sound quality. I generally do audiobooks on my device but tried to listen to music and it sounded great to me. I am not the best person to judge that though so please look at other reviews. The battery life seems to be as advertised and I have gotten over 5 hours using it. I am very happy with these earbuds and think you will be also.

Sony knows how to do sound right. These bluetooth sport earphones sound absolutely amazing. By far the best sound of any bluetooth headphones I've tried. I'm just a bit skeptical of the earbuds themselves due to the design, which is a bit different than the standard simple round ones. So far they are holding up well and despite the somewhat bulky appearance these earbuds are light and seem to stay put.

Very Good Alternative To Expensive Headphones

These headphones are great. Easy, straightforward setup. The sound quality was very good. The biggest I noticed is that when I have them one, I can barely feel them in my ear, but they are still snug and secure. I think these headphones are a very good alternative to the other high price ones on the market right now.

    They're Not for Me

I was excited when I received the SP500's, but that excitement quickly changed to disappointment when I put these on and powered them up. I knew these were an "open-ear" type of headhones, but I expected them to stay in my ear better. I tried both sets of tips, and both seemed to fall out of my ear easily. The original tips worked the best. I usually use the "Large" tips on in-ear headphones, so maybe I have an odd-ball sized ear hole. No matter what I tried, they never felt comfortable, and had a tendency to fall out simply walking around the house. The sound is just ok. Nothing impressive, but you can easily hear them and they do get quite loud. Battery life is good, but I was only able to get about 6 hours after my first couple of charge cycles, not the rated 8 hrs as advertised. I was listening to mainly podcasts at low to medium volume, and taking a couple of phone calls. Maybe after a few more cycles that may improve. Overall I'm not impressed, and I can not recommend them.

If you're looking for some reasonably priced Bluetooth headphones, these should definitely be on your list. The sounds is great, rich and clear. They aren't $300 quality but, I really doubt you could tell a whole lot of difference. The battery life is great, it should last you a whole day off average listening. Connectivity is also great, I haven't experienced any drops connected to my phone. Call quality is average, the mic is clear but, it doesn't sound awesome. It's functional, which I guess is what counts. My biggest complaint is they may get somewhat uncomfortable with smaller ears and they are pretty goofy looking. B if you can get passed that, you really can't beat them for the price.
