Headphones are comfortable. Voices are clearer thru headphones than listening without them. Volume easily adjustable. My wife loves them so she doesn't have to listen to the news or sports channels.

I bought these for my mother. She wears hearing aids, and found I still had to have the T.V. turned loud so she could hear it comfortably, and make out the voices when they would drop their voices. Since wearing these, she can remove her hearing aids, which saves on her batteries. She can turn the volume on the headphones up and down to suit her. Meanwhile, I can keep the T.V. volume at level that is comfortable for me. We love that the headphones are rechargeable, comfortable on her head, and easy for her to use. I just bought her another pair to have in her bedroom, so she can watch her T.V. at night. I highly recommend these headphones. The ease of setup was great. Most important she loves them!!

Absolutely love them. I can watch TV at a volume suitable for me and my wife can be in the same room (house) and not get blasted our. Works great,holds a charge and very comfortable.

This item was bought as a gift for my folks, to use at their home. Progressive hearing loss makes it difficult to enjoy their favorite programs (without a hearing aid). Closed-captioning helps, but I want them to experience all aspects of a production (dialogue, music score, sound effects...) to enjoy TV / movies fully. I selected this item as I'm happy with Sony products, the price (price matched to Amazon) was great, and the FM transmission range FAR exceed any Bluetooth item I've found (also, I was concerned that there may be greater issues with so may Bluetooth products already in use around a home). Pros: Easy set-up, comfortable, range Cons*: I have not yet identified a way for this to be used with differing source selections. (*this is likely just my own fault, and I should investigate further how to achieve this). The unit is configured to the FiOS Set-top box (STB) audio output. However, their Smart functions (such as Netflix...) are via the TV itself (a newer model Samsung). Thus, if the TV, or any other source (Blu-Ray, External Drive, Laptop...) is selected, the audio still transmits from the STB (even if turned off). I'll hope to update this review soon.

I am hard of hearing and my wife gets very Angry because I play the television to loud in our bedroom. For Christmas, she got me these earphones and it is almost like a miracle. Not only can I play the volume is loud as I want, she can play the volume on the TV exactly where she wants to have it. One of the other great points of having this headphones is that I can hear all of this sounds playing on the television and not just the talking between the actors. I am thinking about buying another set of headphones for a television in the living room. These earphones were very simple to set up with their cable box

These work excellent, no static, and I really like the fact that you can adjust volume right on headphones and mute the tv. Only negative is they are a bit bulky and heavy.

Bought two sets of these to use with new flat screen TV, which has the worst speakers ever. These deliver excellent sound, have good battery life and are comfortable.

My husband is hard of hearing and watches a lot of sports on TV. He had to have the TV so loud that I could not escape the noise even with closed doors. This Sony headset is so comfortable and has such great, clear sound that he really likes using it. He's even found he can wear it in our dining room, which has a wall between it and the living room, and hear a game while he eats lunch. The sound is much clearer than the TV's sound and it is easier for him to understand what is being said.

The Sony headphones are excellent for the following reasons: 1) Comfortable ear pads 2) Adjustable for head size 3) Long receive range 4) Well made 5) Great fidelity

The Sony wirless earphones resulted better than expected, I wanted a simple to operate and just "plug and play" earphones. The quality of sound is very good for a non-noise cancellation model, they are confortable to wear. I connected them to a Samsung TV and no problem at all. The only issue is that sometimes you lose the sound for some seconds, in a sesion of 2 hours it happens betwee 1 or 2 times. If you want to solve it inmediatly you have to change the frecuency in the wireless antena conneceted to the TV

Pretty good headset. The sound is very crisp, though it seems easily susceptible to interference; a slight crakling sound can be heard. However, my house is full of wireless gadgetry, so that's maybe the cause. The only real problems are the weight - though, this is probably not something that can be got around - and the plastic casing seems to ionize one's hair readily. However, my girlfriend discovered that, if you put a cloth between the strap and your hair, the static effect is mitigated substantially.

TVs usual don't work with Bluetooth headphones so these are great. Comfortable, long charge life, and good range.

I purchased this headset for my 91-year old mother who has significant hearing loss and cranks up the TV volume until your ears bleed. With the headset she can hear the dialog very well and the TV volume can be lowered to a tolerable level for everyone else. She likes the mobility of being wireless so she can move around the house and still hear her show. It was easy to connect and set up.

In general, I like these headphones. The only issues I have with them are: 1- They're way too big; they fall off my head every time I move too forward or back. 2- Although the charge last a long time, there is just no indication as to when the battery will die (how much of a charge it has). 3- A bit bulky. 4- Finally, static. There's a lot of interference when I'm too close to the microwave or the computers while watching T.V. with the headphones on. That said, they're not bad for the price.

The only part of the headphones i would like different, if that were possible, is its size. The headphones are large and makes sleeping with them on, not really comfortable. Many years ago I bought a blue tooth Motorola listening device with a headset that was much smaller and was more suitable for sleeping when that starts happening. For sitting up and listening intently, the Sony headset is A-1 okay, as well as the transmitting part of the product.

Absolutely LOVE these wireless earphones! Best sound quality I've ever experienced in earphones. The only reason I give it only 4 stars has nothing to do with quality. I recommended a set for my brother-in-law and, since his Toshiba TV has one optical sound output but no output for earphones, we tried an optical splitter and an optical-to-anolog converter that was supposed to work according to other reviewers I read, but, no matter what we tried, NOTHING worked. But, through any earphone output, his phones worked perfectly every time. My Samsung TV did have an earphone output and the phones I bought worked great right out of the box. I would suggest that, if companies are going to continue producing this kind of product, they'd better make sure there is a surefire way to make them work on any TV.

Needed headphones due to different sleeping patterns with my girlfriend. I like to watch tv but the sound travel upstairs and was keeping her up. These Sony wireless headphone have helped save a relationship ..lol. They work wonderfully and I am able to listen to the tv with excellent quality. I would highly recommend them excellent considering the price ..

Excellent, stereo, comfortable, plenty of controls, can wear all day, can be anywhere, even outside and they play the TV. Super good.

These headphones do a great job! They also are saving me a lot on batteries as they are rechargeable. The padded ears are very comfortable.
