Wanted to see if the headphones would help my wife when she watches TV, and they work extremely well. The soft over the ear pads were comfortable and she is able to hear well. Great for me as now the volume of the TV is fine for me at a "10" setting, instead of the "45" she had needed previously! This is a relatively inexpensive "fix" for anyone who wants to hear TV programming without disturbing others.

Comfortable set of headphones with good sound adjustment and easy recharging. I have a hearing loss which made the sound level I needed uncomfortable to everyone else. Now I can hear clearly even with the volume at 0 when I am alone and at a more guest-friendly setting when someone else is also watching. Now my husband wants a pair so he can watch his TV without keeping the whole house awake through the night.

I`ve tried three different ear.phones and none were satisfactory..Being on the "down hill" side of life, spending little effort to protect my hearing I am now paying for it...With these SONYS, I can finally enjoy TV without driving everyone else out of the room. They are comfortable and don`t require the tuning the others did. ps thanks to the two young guys that helped me select them......good good good

Bought these for my hard-of-hearing husband. We are able to watch TV in comfort and both hear now. He loves the headphones. They sound good and he can move about as there are no wires and they have good range. In his words they are 'awsome!'. His only negative comment is they are a bit uncomfortable on top of the head where the piece is that sets on charging stand. They are also a bit on the heavy side. Overall though we are pleased with the purchase and good value.

I purchased these to use with the TV, so that the sound would not disturb another family member. They work wonderfully. The installation was very easy; just plug the device into the audio out jack on the back of the TV. The sound is very clear and sharp. The only reason I did not give them five stars is that I wish they were a little lighter.

Great sound and comfortable. Charge lasts a long time. I am hard hearing and got these so my wife wouldn't lose her hearing from me having the TV turned up so loud. Let her try them and she liked them so much we'll be getting another pair soon just because they sound so good. Better sound than the TV speakers. Mount the transmitter beside or separate from the TV or the sound might cutout.

Great item!! I have had three different types of head phones for my television, and these are the best ever. The best feature: You get a full charge within 20 minutes. Once charged, the head phones last almost 24 hours straight. Really easy to install and the quality is great. Like I always tell people, you get what you pay for. These may be a bit pricy, but they are well worth the cost.

After trying other models that broadcast more static than sound or are hard to operate, these Sony headphones came as a pleasant surprise. If you have a family member who is hard of hearing, senile, or just likes to watch TV while everyone else is sleeping, these headphones are the perfect solution. They are comfortable to wear, easy to operate, and they deliver perfect sound.

Fantastic sound; very comfortable over the ear cushions; excellent wireless range away from house to the dock which is 100+ feet from base & no drop in quality. Tried them on my mom who is mostly deaf and she can now hear the TV, news and shows. Also works great with cell phone and she is now able to carry on a conversation. What a blessing that is!! Also very easy to install.

I enjoy the sony wireless headset, so much so, I purchased 2! I use one exclusively to swith between watching blu-ray movies or TV while exercising and the second pair, I keep upstairs to use with a separate television. From time to time, I roam the span of the house and stay completely plugged into the sound without interference. For the price, I cound not find a better bargain.

The headphones are easily adjustable, and very comfortable. The system was very easy to hook up, and while the sound is very clear & sharp, the only little glitch (if there is one) is when you pause a show and some slight white noise occurs. But we can live with that, and these are Great!

It took me months of sleepless nights asking my now room mate retired father who is hard of hearing to PLEASE! TURN THE VOLUME DOWN! These are a godsend for those nights I must sleep in peace for the next work day. My father is amazed at the fact that you can get such high quality sound from a cordless headphone set even when walking away to use the restroom.

It is a good product, the audio quality is good, the distance range is excellent. It's a little bulky and large, it works on analog radio frequency so, even if there are three frequencies to choose from it may be affected by interference. The emitter is also a little large but it is a useful charging stand.

Bought these for my hard-of-hearing husband. Probably one of the best gifts I have ever given him as he watches TV without his aids. The sound is great. He finds them to be comfortable to wear. Makes a difference for the entire household without the TV blaring whenever turned on. Very pleased with the apparent quality of these. Easy to hook up to Television.

We bought these for my husband who has suffered hearing loss. Even with his hearing aids in, he still has to have the tv up pretty loud to hear and keep up with dialogue. These headphones allow him to comfortably hear things, while allowing the rest of us to listen at a normal volume. We have happily discovered that they also enhance sound, and filter out most background and ambient noise. The range is also good. I have used them throughout the house and even out in the yard and could hear the tv or music clearly. Nice feature. They have also proven useful for the rest of the family when someone wants to watch something when others are asleep, or needing things quiet, as the tv volume can be turned down completely or muted. Great product. Wish I had found these sooner!

Bought these for my dad who is hard of hearing as he would always have the TV turned up way too loud at night when others were sleeping. Problem Solved! Good Sound Quality and Range. Also allows you to keep TV sound voulme on or off when using headphones. Not all headphones do this as most will automtically turn TV speaker off when you plug them in. Good for when others are watching TV with hard of hearing family members who always have the volume turned up too loud.

The first pair was replaced because of use.....lasted for years till the padding material wore out......excellent sound and great volume adjustment. can actually go outside and watch tv throught the patio door.. a little hard of hearing so need these to watch tv when my wife goes to bed, and The sound will not awaken her....works for me.....

Works perfectly. Bought this as a gift for a friend who has problems with the neighbor who lives above him. She gets mad when he listens to the TV with the windows open. She doesn't care how hot it is. Now, he has the best of both worlds, a cool breeze and his TV as loud as he wants it. The earphones are so comfortable and set up was easy.
