I don't have to " turn it down please" if I want to watch a game on TV, while my wife is reading nearby. No wires ! Volume dial on earphones! Sits near or on TV in charger, ready when you are. Especially good for when one of you is up later watching your show and the other wants to sleep!

Got a great price using price compare. Love this headset, only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 is because of size. They work great are somewhat comfortable, sync up nicely, no lag or static, great sound. I can now listen to my movies at 2am and not interupt anyone. Best thing about this headset is I can turn it up a little and hear the enunciation of words, before headset I had to keep replaying parts of the movie to get what they were saying and still not get it...no more missed words! Easy setup and easy use.

Purchased these headphones for my husband. They were to replace a previous pair that were no longer working. My husband says these are comfortable and provide quality sound. In short, he thought he liked his previous ones until he tried these! They were also very easy to set up.

I have tried the cheep ones that need batteries, and went through 3 of them. got this one and works great. The head phones are a little big, but the sounds is great and can watch TV with out bothering anyone at night, or any other time.

I bought a set for me and loved them so much I bought a pair for my dad who is hard of hearing. You can hook these up to the cable box and a person who is hard of hearing can hear everything and the TV can be put on regular volume for everyone else. Great product great value

I bought these for my dad to use while watching tv. He LOVES them and uses them daily. He loves that he can get up, go into another room, and does not have to pause his show. He says they are comfortable and sound great. He is very hard to please, so yes, I highly recommend this product.

Will buy second one to make a pair. They are very very comfortable light weight very easy to wear. I love the fact that you can walk away from tv and still hear what you are watching. I would recommend these for sure.

We were replacing a unit (Sennheiser) we'd had for years. Started out trying TVEars....AWFUL PURCHASE, which we sent back within a week. (It works fine as long as you are exactly aligned to the TV, within 10 ft, and do not move, tilt, stand, etc) The Sony headphones allow hubby to go into kitchen, walk around, etc, without sound quality compromise. They hold a charge well. The only negative is the size/weight of the actual headphones....they are rather bulky compared to our previous unit.

Great fit for long movie and sport viewing as well as a very good range extending from basement family room to kitchen upstairs. Comfortable to wear and controls easy to use.

I like these headphones a lot. They sound great and are comfortable to wear. They were easy to hook up. I wish they fit a little tighter to my head and the sound occasionally drops out like the headphones lose their signal. I am 10 feet from the transmitter usually so distance isn't the problem. It doesn't happen too often but shouldn't happen at all in my opinion. Usually I can walk around the house and they stay connected so I don't know what causes the drop out. I still like them and would recommend them.

Purchased the headphones for my mother, in her 80's, who shares living space with another woman. The headphones allow her to use her TV with out annoying anyone. She had no problem with how to use them and finds them to be comfortable on her head. They are light weight and well padded. There was some problem getting a clear channel, but finally zeroed in on the proper setting. There was a humming at first, but we managed to adjust the tower and that seemed to make the difference. My mother controls the volume level with the TY remote rather than the volume control on the headset which makes things much easier.

We've tried a few of the wireless headphones for our TV and have been so frustrated in the past. This system was easy to setup and the headphones simply rest on the charging station to charge. Very happy with the setup, sound quality and comfort of the headphones.

The sound is as good as can be expected at this price point and I've had no problems with reception through walls, etc. However, it does seem to be somewhat sensitive to location and I've gotten some static when I move my head.

Could save your marriage. When sporting events, cowboys, or whatever I can't hear all the yelling and shooting. I can read or talk on phone. They are comfortable. He had T.V. Ears before, they were too tight and broke. These Sony Headphones are perfect. Do not hesitate.

This Sony Headset has a good quality sound, was easy to hook up to the TV and begin listening to. The only reason I didn't give the headset a 5 star rating is because they cut out once in while when listening to a program.

The headphones are comfortable, and can be easily adjusted. It took me no more than 15 minutes to set it up and begin charging the headphones. The only downfall is some static feedback that occurs relatively infrequently.

I wanted a wireless headphone for viewing television at night while others have gone to bed. This was a great choice. The price was very reasonable for the quality.

Friends told us about these headphones that a person who has hearing issues can wear and adjust to their perfect level and NEVER miss a word or sound. My husband wears these and can go to the kitchen for a snack, to the bathroom or even outside on the patio and still hear every sound. Range is 150 feet. Our TV used to be so loud, I could hear it outside. I can adjust the TV to my level and be fine. I have told MANY people about these. I can run the dishwasher, vacuum, or talk on the phone and it no longer drowns out the sound for him. THE BEST!

My girlfriend loves these headphones. After a short wait to charge them, she has been off and running. We have noise issues with the neighbors sometimes. With these phones, that is not an issue anymore. The range extends into the backyard where she likes to garden and chip "wiffle" golf balls. She wears them while doing stuff around the house whether downstairs (where the base sits), upstairs or in the garage.

Use these in the kitchen to do chores and not disturb others. Plug them in for podcasts and such. I'm glad I purchased these and spent the extra 15 buck for Sony sound, but a little heavier than I expected.
